How about Terence Crawford fights Charlo? I believe Charlo has three of the four belts and then an undisputed fight with Tim would be huge. Or how about Terence Crawford fight Devon Haney I don’t know if Devon‘s name is quite big enough, but it would be a nice payday And Heaney said he wanted to go to 147, or Keith Thurman as a stay busy fight and change the strategy from one massive PD to a couple of nice size paydays, or the Charlo fight, and then the Tim fight and that would be a massive payday. just because Charlo didn’t do anything against Canelo doesn’t mean he was stripped of his three belts and being that it is a higher weight class. I think it will get some interest with the rail promotion.
George, I have a question. How often should a professional fighter fight to stay sharp? Does it change with age a younger fighter needs to fight more often or less often? And does it change with the weight division does a heavy weight need to stay as busy as a lightweight fighter? I think this kind of plays into the topic of Terence Crawford, since we are talking about inactivity. Thank you very much Pro box TV, undisputed champion of boxing channels.
Unfortunate for Crawford, not that many dance partners for him in and around his weight class that bring in the big numbers. The only guys I can think of is Tim Tszyu and Danny Garcia at 154 or maybe Teofimo Lopez if he goes to 147.
It's wonderful how two guys who made their bones by getting their heads punched manage to hold the most rational discussions. Chris and Paulie are unfailingly logical with their arguments, and their recall of boxing history to support their arguments is always quick and relevant. I always expect a treat when I click on a new ProBox video. Power on, guys!
Boots should have taken the fight with Crawford at blk prime. At the time, risk wasn't worth the reward (1 belt), but as soon as reward is Def worth the risk, act like he owed the fight.
Bud most likely goes to Australia and fights Tszyu. Huge fight all of Australia would buy it. PBC seems to want Boots vs Bud bad. Crazy thing is Tszyu is a beast and would definitely be Bud's hardest fight against the strongest hardest puncher he has ever fought. Styles make fights and Tszyu is more dangerous than Boots at 154lbs IMO. People are sleeping on Tszyu. Spence Jr.'s true colors finally showed. He went out sad IDGAF what his fan boys say.
You are only as good as your next performance. Bud doesn’t need fizzle until the promotion for the next bout is announced. Being active doesn’t generate buzz performances generate buzz. Bud has done the work and laid the platform the commercial audience know him. Bud vs Tyzu will indeed be a spectacle. I will be there to witness it
Tremendous! Analysis from both the Champs! And I love the content, George does a great job as a host. As a massive boxing fan in the UK, I do enjoy seeing in depth analysis from ex champions and this channel brings it! 🥊 Fantasy question for the Champs! If Crawford beats Tszyu for the WBO 154 Title, can you see a scenario where “Bud” fights Charlo for all of the marbles?
The best scenario would be take out Charlo (who by the way is done, that’s why he has been avoiding Tim)and then take a shot at Tim.Crawford will cruise threw Charlo but Tim is a different beast who’ll walk forward the entire fight with a relentless type of pressure. Now that would be some type of fight
Why should he fight Boots, Boos had 2 opportunities and declined. Boots has nothing to offer, he ain't a draw and doesn't bring Bud a big payday. Bud has already been undisputed at 147 so nothing left to prove at that weight class.
@@CheatrrrHe’s talking about what makes sense for the fans, them two fights are great competitive fights while Crawford vs canelo would be like a man beating up a child and would only to give Crawford a huge retirement check with out tarnishing his legacy
Get that Canelo fight out of your minds. Canelo doesn’t need crawford lmao. Plus Benavidez is a fight at 168 or who knows.. the winner of the 175 he can challenge for that. But anything besides that Canelo doesn’t have to do. Plus charlo who was 154 bigger than Crawford.. got bullied and dominated the whole fight. Bud needs to worry about boots, charlo or Tszu
I just don’t understand how paulie is so sure that Crawford had all these offers from PBC before he resigned. Maybe he took the best and only offer available to him at the time….
Crawford is a wasted career . Whether that was on hisself of his management it’s still wasted. Has only fought C- to B- Fighters. His best fight was Spence but he is a shell of himself after that accident and he was weight drained. He will never be a great fighter unless he fights these guys in order . Boots Tim Tszyu Teofimo Haney Charlo Tired of y’all making excuses for Crawford he’s not great. And he’s a ducker
They talk about enis was given a title ,but never says anything about tysu being given a title as well …man the double standard for black boxers is insane and ridiculous
Please. Canelo fought a small Charlo and trying to fight Mungeia. He is a clear duck. Bud fought everyone he was supposed to. Canelo has no business ducking Benavidez
@@davidhamilton768 charlo is naturally bigger than canelo. Charlo walks around at 180+. Canelo is gonna fight david ill put money on it. Bud called out the winner of charlo and canelo showed up to the fight saw that ass whooping and said fuck that
It's not just Crawford. The whole fight game is stalling itself out. I knew like many, who said that when we started seeing the proliferation of PPV's it would limit development of fighters and restrict activity levels. And here we are. Count the next time you see a fighter with 30 fights.
I think ppv came about to pay fighters the money they are now wanting, the money networks are not willing to pay. If fighters think they deserve $10m then ppv is the only way they will see their worth, or what they are not worth. Money demands on every fight has killed boxing as we know it. Stars, like canelo could’ve made it worth it for showtime to continue but canelo avoided too many real challenges the fans wanted to see. Even dazn complained of low viewership of canelo fighting nobodies that didn’t match the $350m they paid him. But that was showtimes fault, they allowed the promoters to have too much control over matchmaking instead of match promotion.
Paulie's comment about boxing being a business before being a sport is bang on. Problem is it's being run like a business that has no long-term vision. It's focus is increasingly on satisfying casual fans because that's where the money is. Serious fans are left unsatisfied and "the sport" is becoming less and less interesting.
its not just the Kam loss. George, Sandor and Masayoshi all give him issues, he does not work well with guys with length and footwork. He will be walked into shots all night.
How are people suprised by beterbievs power. Hes been knocking people out cold in the amateurs. Dmtiry Bivol said he used to knockout heavyweights then
He knocked out Kovalev in the armatures, dropped and battered Usyk in the amateurs aswell. Arturs power is legit, Tony Bellew is an imbecile to suggest this dude cracking at 38 is suspicious when Adonis Stevenson was doing it at that same age. So I guess 400 yrs old Barrosos is on something because he ko'd a much younger Brit, smfh. Tony BellEnd never said ban him for life when his boy Billy Joe Saunders tested positive for a banned substance and was suspended, oh the irony, eh. Smh
Pauli made a good point. I hope folks may understand Bud's situation. For me he should just fight one more fighter and call it a day. He has done well and now he has 2 fighters to get in the ring with who are worth his business value. It can either be Alvarez or Tzyu and that's it!
Bud re-signing with Top Rank didn't hurt. Had he signed with PBC, he STILL wouldn't have gotten the big fights. The other fighters would've just priced themselves out of the fight...like they're doing now
Bud out grew TopRank the moment he became Undisputed Champion at 140! TopRank wasn’t promoting Bud. TopRank wasn’t trying to make any big fights for him. Let’s be honest nobody wanted to see Bud vs Kahn! Especially after TopRank lowballed Danny Garcia with 1.3 million, then gave Kahn 7mil!! Bud should’ve known right there that he made a mistake resigning with TopRank! On top of that Bud was fighting once a year as well. Bud wasn’t marketable either. TopRank is good for padding stats and grooming their new fighters. Once that fighter knows the boxing game, they leave!! Mayweather, Pacquiao and others.
@@Galvatron83You're commenting on something yo ass is 1M% clueless about casual. Since YDKSAB Im going to help you out kiddo, you're welcome. Tim Tzsu or Charlo is the most logical fight. Title in yet another weight class. Opportunity to be undefeated, unified, undisputed in 3 weight classes. Canelo is a wild shot . Ennis nor Lopez offer as much money nor legacy. Very profitable, interesting, excellent fights but not as legacy defining as Canelo, Tzsu/Charlo. Spence rematch looms as obligatory only due to contract. Spence has forced Crawford to wait too long. It's not as interesting as the aforementioned 5.
Tim in Australia is a sold out stadium fight...they split 25...35 million...ppv thru the roof over there...if he beat bud. Legacy for him...if bud decisions him...he stills marketable...charlo is next up for either one...if bud knocks him out...canelo now begging
Man this shit is soft . Y’all backing Crawford and this shit is getting old . That’s why he’ll never be a true legend like a Ali, Duran, Ray Leonard . Y’all are calling him the best fighter on the planet but fought a weight drained Errol Spence. Let’s be honest as far as 147 , as far as greatness talent, except for Boots, 147 is soft. He’s duckin boots . And yeah it’s a money duck, Crawford is a bum never fought a true champion in his prime. There’s so much talent at 140 & 154, But Crawford wants to stay at 147 because there’s no real talent there, only boots and he’s too scared to fight him . Tim Tszyu, Teofimo , Haney, Boots & the Charlos are all around that weight and he still hasn’t secured a fight that’s on him if you say he’s a great you got to earn that title by fighting the best not fighting a drained 154lber & mid guys . IMO his next fight will probably be a Charlo , they are the weaker of the top names who still have some relevance but are not truly great fighters . They are good but there’s levels to each tiers . He will avoid Teofimo, Devin Haney & Tim Tszyu at all costs guaranteed . He’s soft and overrated.
And the thing is Ennis been calling out Crawford for years everybody quick to say he haven’t been tested but yet don’t nobody wanna give him the opportunity to showcase the dog in em! I think that’s the fight that makes the most sense both can switch hit both got power in both hands and boots is 30-0 I think boots is more then ready to fight Crawford

Canelo doesn’t care about how it looks if he fought Crawford, it could happen. Tim Zyzu seems more likely. Crawford / Canelo is an interesting fight. Canelo has skill, Crawford has more skill. Canelo has power, Crawford has power. Both are very high profile so will attract a ton of interest. Whoever wins is undisputed pound for pound king. Sure, Canelo is seen as avoiding benividez but is he really avoiding him or waiting for a bigger match up….may be Crawford?
He’s not a truly great fighter yet . Now that he fought Spence there’s no going back in Talent . If he fights 3 times against these 3 guys Tszyu, Boots, Teofimo, Haney & and win then yes he is great. But until then he hasn’t fought anybody real . Always fought C- to B- Fighters his whole career .
Crawford P4P1??? Then fight the best man up. Boots, Jermell Charlo, Tim Tszyu, Lopez, or if he need a payday Canelo. Anyone else is a waste of time. Can't be claiming P4P1 and not fight the best available.
@bgonza2 At what weight? 160 to 168 Canelo. 154 Crawford. There is weight class for a reason. But if Crawford wants a payday. His only option is Canelo.
@@songmoua9389 Have you ever been a fan of any Mexican boxers past or present? Honestly. Also may I please know what is your nationality my friend? Thank you.
@bgonza2 I'm a boxing fan. But some of my favorite boxers are Mexican. Chavez Sr, Sanchez, Morales, Barrera, and Marquez. I'm Asian, but my top favorite boxers are Mike Tyson and Ali. Those are the boxers that got my country interested in boxing.
Prophet is moving to 154 there's nothing left for him at 1:47 he's already got Undisputed but there's an opportunity in two fights at 1:54 to become a three-time Undisputed world champion and I just know he has to be thinking about that 🤔💯
Good stuff but I have to say Paulie was wrong on Crawfords resigning. Crawford had 2 years left on his contract when he got the Horn fight (2018), ( Paulie of all people should know how this works). in order to get you have to give. In return Crawford EXTENDED (more than likely part of the deal) his contract for one more year (ending in 2021). Even still the Spence fight did not take place for another 1.5 years after even with Crawford being free agent.
Have I missed something, I thought there was still fights at 140 pounds for Lopez. For making the galactic jump to welterweight. If Canelo shouldn't face Crawford, then of course, the same goes for Lopez.
🎯 Lopez has NOT earned that immediate fight, other than being known. Why not Lopez-Ennis at 147? Winner gets Crawford at 154. And in the meantime Crawford vs Charlo
@@210tx yeah but 140lb division then versus now is completely different. So that lineal champ title isn't hitting as hard bc the top 4 guys at 140lb weren't in it when he won it. And Taylor's stock is iffy.
As far as money, the only fight involving Crawford I would pay for is Crawford vs Boots. The only fights involving Canelo I would pay for are David Morrell and David Benavidez. If you want to get the best fight, you have to quit rewarding these guys for ducking the best challengers.
@@bgonza2 Canelo would destroy Crawford. Tell me a time someone jumped up 13 pounds(147-160) or more in the last 40 years and beat the top guy there in their first fight. Talking about 21 pounds from 147-168. It just doesn't happen. Charlo tried jumping up 14 pounds to fight Canelo and got waxed. No one is coming up 2 or more divisions and stopping Canelo and to beat him on the cards, you have to utterly destroy him. Watch the fight vs Bivol. They gave Canelo the first 4 rounds in spite of the fact round 2 was the only one competitive and Bivol dominated the other 3. Rounds 2 and 10 were the only 2 rounds you could possibly give Canelo without being corrupt. It wasn't until the crowd who came in hyping Canelo started booing him and cheering Bivol due to the fight being so one sided that the judges started scoring the fight fairly. Canelo's neck is so massive(from all the PEDs he used when coming up) it reduces the shock of punches. Beterbiev might be the only person from 175 down capable of stopping Canelo. Crawford doesn't have near the fundamentals of Bivol to beat him soundly enough with pure boxing to win on the cards. It is a fight Crawford has no chance at all of winning.
@gmartines8511 he needs a big name fight. Otherwise, that undefeated record won't mean much to fans. He'll just be a "good boxer." If it's a good fight, it'll do more for his legacy.
Fighters at 168 that actually fight in that division deserve their shot at Canelo... Bud doesn't deserve to skip the line just to get his ass whooped for retirement $$$
PBC should just put Crawford in there with Canelo & be done with it - or if not Canelo, match Bud up against Tim Tszyu, or Jermell - even Boots would be a good fight for Crawford, despite the fact that Boots is the least well-known of the four. All of those guys mentioned are with the PBC in some way - so it's not as if PBC has no options. If the PBC ends up matching Crawford against a no-name, despite having all of this talent to choose from, it would be very disappointing.
@bgonza2 Canelo wins it, but I'm a bigger fan of Crawford's TBH. I'm just saying there are other options for Crawford if the PBC truly want to keep him active...🤷
@bgonza2 Honestly : Watching Salvador Sanchez on live TV for the 1st time (in a rematch against Danny Little Red Lopez) on Ali vs Spinks 2 undercard, turned me into a boxing fan for life. Sanchez was a Mexican, if you didn't already know...Before that, I only watched Ali...
@@kufujitsu Wow!! My friend, may I please know what is your earliest memory and history with my country of México, with Mexicans or with Mexican culture as far back as you can possibly remember as a child or teenager in the United States of America? In other words how did you first learn about Mexico's existence? Perhaps your very first knowledge of México occurred in school, or from watching a movie, or a television program, or a sporting event, or accidentally listening to a Mexican song? Or maybe it was your father or mother or another family member or a friend who first introduced you to anything relating to México for the very first time in your life? Or perhaps your very first knowledge of México occurred in some other way? For example I was just 5 years old in 1985 when my father took me to watch Rocky IV in our local movie theater. This was the first time in my life that I heard the words: The United States of America. Before Rocky IV I didn't know what the United States of America was, nor that it even existed in the world. The reason for asking you all these strange questions is because we as Mexicans are by far the most culturally patriotic people for our country, for our culture and of our ancient history more so than any other nationality on Earth has for their own. Trust me, our love for México is like a religion for us it is that extreme. However... At the same time we recognize and are deeply ashamed and embarrassed of our centuries old corrupt Mexican government which is mostly responsible for all of Mexico's many problems particularly with our vast poverty, organized crime, general crime and lack of good employment opportunities. This is why millions of Mexicans migrate northward to the United States of America seeking a better life for our families and ourselves. Unfortunately the Mexican government is still too powerful to overthrow or change for now. But all the negative things about México are for another time. As a result of our extreme patriotism, we absolutely love whenever we see people from other nationalities that have any personal interest in our country, in our people or in our culture. In your case with our Mexican boxers! Perhaps you also love other Mexican related things! Seeing people from other nationalities that have any personal interest in our country and our culture fills us with much more with patriotism, honor, joy and means more to us than you can possibly imagine. This is why I'm asking you all these strange questions. I would truly love and appreciate your honest responses to all of my questions Mr. My friend. Thank you for your time and God Bless. Respectfully, Benito González García.
I think it’s either Canelo/Jermell or he retires, I don’t think he’d be that interested in Tszyu and he’s on record as not being interested in the Ennis fight
It should be Ennis vs Crawford and Lopez vs Spence, great test to see if Lopez can step up to the next weight class and a good comeback for Spence and whoever wins gets to fight the winner of Wnnis/Crawford.
Why are the Saudis not throwing money at Crawford to fight someone? Surely they would want the man of the moment to fight over there when they are currently making all the big fights?
I don’t think Crawford can hold the title of best fighter if he grabbed all the belts from one man and became complacent. We understand fighters are in it for money… but why allow him to have free rein to hop around, that’s the reason he got stripped idk how people can say they don’t understand why. If he outright does not want to defend it why let him keep it if he only wants specific fights. A champion should be willing to take all comers.
It's good to see cherry pickers stripped. The guy is a diva and prices himself out of good fights. His resume is filled with bums and faded former champs. The sooner he retires the better. These guys that wait for their mid 30's to finally fight good fighters are what's wrong with this era of boxing.
@@theideareview2081 because the big has had boots lying in wait for 2 and a half years, because they had to wait for the collision of Errol and Terrance. Then the bad chain of events for Errol stalled it even longer. So once it was settled implementing the mandatory was fair . That’s literally why it happened…
@Jalilspill513 Two and a half years ago Errol Spence Jr Defended his IBF & WBC belts, against Danny Swift Garcia 2020, Then he defends the IBF & WBC belts and grabs the WBA title from Ugas 2022. so from the dates shown, quite clearly you can see Errol Spence Jr, is the sole reason Boots has been waiting for his Crack at the IBF title. Spence didn't have to take the Danny Garcia fight, could of fought Boots. Boots should have stayed in line and rankings with the WBO, he was next up & Crawford's mandatory, but he chose to pursue Errol Spence Jr and his IBF title route. Also you can't agree to a fight when you have already agreed to a rematch, sign sealed and delivered. plus all the sanctioning bobies where informed and agreed to this arrangement , everyone was down with it and on board. The fight gets the green light. 11 weeks after the fight you go back on your agreement and stripe the champ. Because the previous champion, Errol Spence Jr didn't defend his mandatory and you the IBF didn't inforce the fight or force Errol Spence Jr to defend against his Mando which was Boots .
Tszyu / Charlo knock Bud out. Canelo not interested. Bud would most probably pick Thurman as Thurman is very inactive and practically retired... Just how Bud likes them.
I disagree with Lopez vs Crawford not being a big enough fight. Bud and Teo would be a massive fight. Why wouldn't it be? Boxing is lazy. Market the damn thing. If the promoters can't promote anything but Canelo then what are they doing? How else do you push guys into that level but to match them up and sell the damn thing. Boxing is lazy. Teo vs Bud is a spectacular fight!
There are a lot of questions about Lopez and even though he would like to be put in the same category as Crawford, he simply isn't. Bud has never lost to a Kambosos and beating Josh Taylor doesn't have the same shine since the Catterall fight. I can't see Crawford sticking around at 147 to fight López who has never fought at that weight. Why doesn't he fight Ennis if he thinks he's so good at 147? Maybe the winner fights Crawford if he doesn't go up to fight Charlo or Canelo
No it's not we all know who's gonna win already and it wouldn't be close lol that's why promoters can't market the fight it would be too 1 sided and if you think Teo has a chance to beat Bud the what sport are you watching?
The difference is canelo can fight anyone and make big money. Terrance can not and doesn’t deserve a canelo stimulus. Besides Crawford gets hurt. Pauli bleeds canelo hate you know where from.
Usually agree with Paulie on his takes. Have to disagree when he says it's Bud's fault for resigning with Top Rank. Why should it matter what promotional company he's signed with, if two fighters really wanna fight they could make a fight happen regardless of promotional companies. PBC clearly blocked Bud from fighting they guys at 147 cause they knew none of them could beat Bud. They could've forced the issue like Porter did but they wanted no parts of him. Spence finally grew some nuts, went around Haymon, hired his own manager and made the fight happen cause he had nowhere to turn and it was gonna be his biggest payday. How was Bud to know PBC was gonna freeze him out when before resigning with Top Rank Spence told him "get a belt first and then we can fight". After Bud beat Horn, resigned with Top Rank Spence created the "other side of the street" shit. Bud fought PBC guys at 140 and we heard no mention of a street. Spence was actively calling out Pacquiao and Horn and both of them were Top Rank. Never heard nothing about "wrong side of the street" when he wanted to fight those two. The problem was never the side of the street, it was the fact that Bud was the guy they could never beat. Had anybody else (other than Bud) held that WBO title PBC would've made those fights happen
Bud resigned with Top Rank because he was promised a Manny Pacquiao fight that never happened. I'm guessing Bob didn't want Pacman to take any more damage or sully his legacy if he lost to T-Bud.
@@EI_Zilcho yeah bro Bob is on record saying he didn't want Manny to fight Bud cause he didn't wanna see Manny get hurt. Top Rank did make Bud the highest paid at 147 after Floyd and Manny retired.
If TEO gets paid he will be motivated for that fight it seems only SAUDI have the money to makes big fights US and UK promoters not taking lost on fighters no more
Paulie is a clown canelo is naturally smaller than crawford. Bud is taller and has longer reach. Bud was at the charlo canelo fight saying he want the winner but after canelo won every round and he heard that punch power he said fuck that 😂
@@EI_Zilcho they both walk around at 170 bud cuts weight to make 147. They both started at 135. Just wondering is jermall charlo naturally bigger than canelo? The answer is yes he just cuts weight to make 160 and he cant even make 160
Obviously something was wrong with Spence. It's obvious. No way is Crawford THAT good and no way is Spence THAT shit. Crawford has never beaten anybody like that, not even ALL those bums he's beaten. Spence had no power and was clearly weight drained. 147 definitely suited Crawford. That's not no rocket science. A fully fledged Spence beats Crawford. Yes Crawford took the jab away and had a very good game plan and it's not his fault but any unbiased person can see something was wrong with Spence even during Spence ring walk you can clearly tell. Even Victor Conte said Spence had altitude sickness. Now why would Victor Conte say that when he's part of Crawford's team❓️ obviously it's true. These are not excuses.
@@J0mama1 You right about that. That may be the only real option thats realistic and respect worthy in my opinion. But its a bad business move for Crawford. He has garnered too much relavance to date down.

I love boots, but at this point Bud has earned the right to fight in big money fights. If other people didn’t duck boots his value would have been higher. But if the Saudis are willing to pay top dollar I think he would take it. Bud vs Boots would be the most exciting and competitive fight in a long time. They mirror each other. Boots has the youth advantage physically but Bud has the experience advantage.
Bud has 2 fights left or 4 fights left. Rematch with Spence then Canelo for 2. 4 is Tszyu for WBO, rematch with EJ for IBF, undisputed with charlo then undisputed vs Canelo
I'm a fan of both. If I'm being honest I'm a bigger fan of Bud. It's prob biased/slanted cuz Canelo was part of the Mayweather Era n I'm a big TBE fan. Tbh I don't know who wins. I think its a tough fight for both. It's the only fight for Bud I don't have him favored. It's 50-50 or 50.5 - 49.5 in Canelo's favor
I am really sick of this drama of who should Crawford fight and the fact that all his fans understand that he should not fight anybody because nobody has won the right to fight him 😢
Hed always entered fights / negotiations as if he were a major pay per view draw or acted like the A side , when in fact hes never been any of that . he wants big pay days but ppl just don't watch his fights. There's a reason for that.
I hate the situation Boogeyman Bud Crawford is in, due to Spence's eye, but I think he should try to unify one more time at 154. Get a belt at 154, and then ask for a unification. Bud deserves to be 3x undisputed.
That’s the best route, if he can’t get the Canelo fight. Hell maybe Canelo will want the fight by then. Regardless, the fights at 154 should be the goal to end his career.
@californio1850 Cuz he dominated Spence n Charlo lost to Canelo. It's not as big as it could've been with Charlo being undisputed. Charlo being a wife beater prob gets PBC more likely to make the fight if they give Bud a 3 fight deal that's worth the money. Charlo, tszyu n Canelo are what they need to schedule
Paulie you're talking nonsense. Crawford has never been a big ppv fighter. Just go and look at his shitty press conference against David "i been sneezing" or whatever his name is. Look at that, it's a complete joke. The guy cannot do more than 50,000 ppvs on his own. So what nonsense are you talking about❓️
There is nobody left for Crawford to fight if Canelo won't fight him. TC/CA would be a great fight. They are both 5'8" and Terrence has a wrestling background, so CA is not too big for Terrence, like many are saying.
Height is one thing but Bud never been hit by someone like Canelo. Canelo has slipped, so Bud has more of chance now than before but still that is a huge jump in weight.
If he got one fight left in his career, might as well go out with a bang and face Canelo. That's the same sentiment a lot of these bud fans wanted Inoue to face tank.
Great analysis as usual. I hope they will comment on what happened with Spence. Spence's comments about injury before he fought Crawford and his eye surgery sort of took away with how great Crawford fought him and set up a situation where fighting him again put him in a " No Win Situation "! If he beats him again Spence's injuries would sort of tarnish it again. From a fan perspective Spence came off as lying to fans to get a big check if what he said is true. That should hurt the box office if they fought a second time also.
This is bullshit. How is this a big money fight❓️ is this a legacy fight❓️ Crawford is not the best fighter in the world. Boots Ennis would very quickly tarnish that image that Crawford is the best fighter in the world.
Why people beileve everything they hear. Lol Crawford has a rematch clause that he has to fight next . It was already activated. They have a year to make this fight happen. If Crawford don't want the rematch. He may as well retire. Al hamon will not allow him to fight no one that's with PBC . Canelo don't even thinks he's worthy of a fight .
Bud is not the best P4P fighter in the sport. Maybe he's in the top-10. And he should be stripped of his other belts for not announcing or even attempting to negotiate a title defense. He's 36 and clearly looking to get lucky with a Canelo relief check. This panel needs to quit hugging his nuts.
@@bgonza2 I am not a big fan of Canelo. I think he's taking advantage of his popularity in the sport and not delivering the best fights. He knows that his fans will pay to see him no matter how inferior the opponent is. A Canelo-Crawford fight is a total joke. Crawford would have to fatten up and pretend he was motivated to win and not just cash a check. I don't care who wins that fight.
@@bgonza2 I have seen all the greats fight-either live or on TV. I have seen Julio Cesar Chavez fight live several times when I was a kid; Juan Manuel Marquez; Marco Antonio Barrera; Finito Lopez. Azumah Nelson I've seen live. Not too many I would pay to see live anymore. I did see GGG fight a few years back at the Forum in LA.
Paulie you're one of my fav commentators but you're incorrect. Canelo is bigger and a bigger star. It's mexican all time/ best of his era Mexican vs. black all time great. Let's not forget how race driven boxing is so it'll sell like crack and whoever wins has one of their biggest feathers in their hat at the end of their career. Canelo's only other mega fight in Benivedez. Canelo is the biggest possibility for Crawford legacy and money wise.......

I'm disappointed that no one addressed the elephant in the room. You guys mentioned Teofemo Lopez being at 140 fighting Terrence Crawford who is likely to move to 154, and all the other matchups potentially for Crawford, but there was no discussion of Jaron Ennis leaving 147 since he can't get a fight there, go up to 154, and fight Tim Tzu. Which in my opinion would be a much better fight than Teo VS. Crawford. Please discuss this at some point. Thanks guys! Love your show.
makes sense he's 37 in September and at the moment he's still top of most people's P4P, best time to retire. If he does have one last fight I think he should try and get a big money fight in saudi to ensure him and his family are financially secure. Crawford didn't really get the global recognition he deserved until the Spence domination, which is a shame. I think a big final fight with someone like Tszyu or Charlo would be good and then Crawford can hang up the gloves knowing he fought everyone he could. Crawford was a decade too late to be in the big fights with the likes of De La Hoya/ Cotto/ Pacquiao/ Mayweather etc; it's a shame as Crawford v Cotto/Mayweather/Pacquiao would have been very good. I don't think he should be fighting much longer, at 37 it's very easy to get old overnight in boxing.
Don't forget to subscribe for more talk shows just like this!
Charlo ain't even undisputed no more. Don't even think he is coming back to 154. Charlo has let go of a few of those belts as it is.

Are you a fan of Canelo Alvarez? Who wins between Canelo vs Crawford?

My friend. Thank you for your time and God Bless.

what about charlo ? why is nobody talking about the undisputed champ at the higher weight
No one rly cares about Jermell anymore. Lost a lot of credit after not even trying to fight back. It won’t make big money if they fought!
@@Finalrounds619That’s not why. Truth is people know Jermell is the most dangerous fight for Crawford.

Charlo already got his ass whooped by Canelo, that fight has lost its lustre.
Great breakdown/discussion👍
I think it’s either Canelo/Jermell or he retires, I don’t think he’d be that interested in Tszyu and he’s on record as not being interested in the Ennis fight
Tszyu and Ennis are very dangerous fights for him, he should go after Canelo or Charlo those guys make sense for him.
Tszyu, D Garcia at 54 and/or Teo, Sub at 47.
Canelo too big.

@@bgonza2 I liked Canelo when he was at 154-160, dont really care for 168 Canelo. And Crawford has no shot, he's too small.
I'd rather see Crawford fight Tim Tsyzu then Lopez.
It should be Ennis vs Crawford and Lopez vs Spence, great test to see if Lopez can step up to the next weight class and a good comeback for Spence and whoever wins gets to fight the winner of Wnnis/Crawford.
Spence isn’t fighting at 147 anymore
Ahh you’re right but ya never know lol
The money isn’t too big for this
Terrible .. bud needs big fights canelo timzu , charlo . Enis isn’t no money neither is timzu but at least timzu is a road to undipisuted
Well I wasn’t talking about them matching up based on money, it was based on them being a great fight
Don't sleep on Tim.
Loma was smaller and hurt against teo , but teo won’t say that .
You going to say the same about Taylor
@@mrnastytime420 I agree this fighting once just to hold belts is fckn the game up. Social media is the cause
how do you know the reason he got stripped?
@@theideareview2081 because the big has had boots lying in wait for 2 and a half years, because they had to wait for the collision of Errol and Terrance. Then the bad chain of events for Errol stalled it even longer. So once it was settled implementing the mandatory was fair . That’s literally why it happened…
@Jalilspill513
Two and a half years ago Errol Spence Jr Defended his IBF & WBC belts, against Danny Swift Garcia 2020, Then he defends the IBF & WBC belts and grabs the WBA title from Ugas 2022.
so from the dates shown, quite clearly you can see Errol Spence Jr, is the sole reason Boots has been waiting for his Crack at the IBF title.
I subscribed because Pauli put is ego aside, humbled himself, and gave Devin Haney his respect! 💯
what happened to the charlo fight?
Canelo
These are the fights Crawford should consider in that order :
- Tim Tszyu
- Charlo
- Thurman
- Teofimo
- Canelo
- Ennis
He knocks out tim...Saul next on the menu...charlo done shit on himself
Ennis got to see ortiz at 154...he got to him first..at 154..ro show he belong
Tszyu / Charlo knock Bud out. Canelo not interested. Bud would most probably pick Thurman as Thurman is very inactive and practically retired... Just how Bud likes them.
teofimo would get murked
Yeah he’s good but Crawford is on a different planet
Bud should fight pac man and make that money while waiting for Canelo
Hey Mr. Doe, Are you a fan of Canelo Alvarez? Who would win between Canelo vs Crawford? Honestly.
Maybe the winner fights Crawford if he doesn't go up to fight Charlo or Canelo
teo not a star also he's too little
No it's not we all know who's gonna win already and it wouldn't be close lol that's why promoters can't market the fight it would be too 1 sided and if you think Teo has a chance to beat Bud the what sport are you watching?
Mr. Donny443, are you a fan of Canelo Alvarez? Who would win between Canelo vs Crawford? Honestly.
The difference is canelo can fight anyone and make big money. Terrance can not and doesn’t deserve a canelo stimulus. Besides Crawford gets hurt. Pauli bleeds canelo hate you know where from.
Hey user, Are you a fan of Canelo Alvarez? Who would win between Canelo vs Crawford? Honestly.
Bud was at the charlo canelo fight saying he want the winner but after canelo won every round and he heard that punch power he said fuck that 😂
Canelo naturally smaller then Crawford? You trolling right?
@@EI_Zilcho crawford 5 foot 9 with a 72 inch reach. Canelo 5 foot 8 with a 70 inch reach. Do the math
@@MoeAli-bw1uf Did you forget about their weight? Canelo - 168 lbs, Crawford 147 lbs. Do the math.

Errol started his career at 168 and cut to make 147. Devin is naturally bigger than bud and canelo he has a longer reach and taller than both
Obviously something was wrong with Spence.
Crawford got options. But his options are scared 😱

I'm surprised the Saudis haven't got involved with Crawford they got the money to make any fight happen just look at what they have done so far

Got to be Boots Ennis, surely!
Problem is although the fight would be entertaining..boots isnt a draw
I am really sick of this drama of who should Crawford fight and the fact that all his fans understand that he should not fight anybody because nobody has won the right to fight him 😢
Ever heard of mandatories 😅, there's ppl that have earned it, I think Bud wants the big Money fights now
Paulie always makes the most sense IMO. Canelo does have the most casual fans in the sport.
There's lots of good opponents but Terrence wants a big name
Only way Bud gets 3x undisputed is 3 fights at 154 or 1 fight vs Canelo
Who's holding him back? It's Bud who said he's not looking to face 154 unified champ Charlo who's been calling him out.
Great Analysis, Yes #1 has to choose his next few fights carefully to warrant his Legacy

It's truly frustrating not being able to watch Bud's greatness in his prime. He is in his prime right now, no doubt.
They need to start working with saudis
This is bullshit. How is this a big money fight❓️ is this a legacy fight❓️ Crawford is not the best fighter in the world. Boots Ennis would very quickly tarnish that image that Crawford is the best fighter in the world.
Why people beileve everything they hear. Lol Crawford has a rematch clause that he has to fight next . It was already activated. They have a year to make this fight happen. If Crawford don't want the rematch. He may as well retire. Al hamon will not allow him to fight no one that's with PBC . Canelo don't even thinks he's worthy of a fight .
Are you a fan of Canelo Alvarez?
Bud is not the best P4P fighter in the sport. Maybe he's in the top-10. And he should be stripped of his other belts for not announcing or even attempting to negotiate a title defense. He's 36 and clearly looking to get lucky with a Canelo relief check. This panel needs to quit hugging his nuts.

I'm disappointed that no one addressed the elephant in the room. You guys mentioned Teofemo Lopez being at 140 fighting Terrence Crawford who is likely to move to 154, and all the other matchups potentially for Crawford, but there was no discussion of Jaron Ennis leaving 147 since he can't get a fight there, go up to 154, and fight Tim Tzu. makes sense he's 37 in September and at the moment he's still top of most people's P4P, best time to retire.
