It's a disaster. Returning ours. Followed directions but experienced random results every time. By random, I mean very frequent overflow messes. Big messes. Product inadequately tested in the lab.

I appreciate the response, but no thanks. I don't need any help to understand that when you do EXACTLY the same thing twice on this machine, you get drastically different results. Drastically mean overflows. 10 minutes of unnecessary cleanup due to the fact the unit was not thoroughly tested prior to unleashing upon the unsuspecting user community. Money back only. @@nespresso
