Im in the same predicament as you were, Im 16 years old and going into Junior year and I knew I was gonna be an entrepreneur at the age of 12 but Ive never had this amount of inspiration to act on my dreams till now... So I'm working everyday to better my self and my lifestyle.

I’m 16 rn (just turned) but I haven’t really STARTED my agency yet, probably tomorrow when I start running cold ads to my automated ”funnel” (Yes, I know, pretty unorthodox way to start off your agency)... I know that you always urge everyone to start with looms & outreach, but I have a good budget to work with because of my experience in e-comm and my e-comm stores so that’s not a problem... Plus, I really believe the funnel will work great
A much better option would be to get appointment setters on a commission per meeting set basis. That will be much more effective then spending 10k on ads to get a single client
Iman dropped out of school because of desperation. Please don’t think about dropping out of school or focusing all of your resources on SMMA because your always going to need a plan to fall back on if everything goes horribly wrong (Hopefully it won’t). Also remember the beginning of EVERY type of business is the hardest, your going to have hurdles in your way that you need to overcome. Thanks for the video Iman (Providing value as always) 💚

Started my agency journey about a year ago been perfecting my skills etc building out all processes, websites etc. Along with my sister we're starting business next week and we're immediately landing a co-working company with revenues of 600k/year, a restaurant, a really popular almost cult-like bar doing respectable numbers and last but not least a giant which is an environmental cleaning solutions company with revenues of approx 43 million euros if I remember correctly. Might also take on 2 restaurants in Helsinki, my capital, a hotel and two construction companies. Things are starting off pretty well🔥✌
Just to clarify the reason we're landing them all at one time is because the guy who owns them asked us to also do his other companies marketing when we initally reached out to one of his companies✌

How do you start an SMMA under aged though? Because you can't sign a contract with people until you're 18 so are you just hopping they really do pay you for your work?

This is soo inspiration not gonna lie. I am 14 right now and I am tryna build my boutique agency. Like 2 months ago I had client at 300 bucks a month and it was honestly such a nightmare I had to literally do everything and I had no time to reach out to other client. I am trying to now get my first client that at least pays me at least 1000$ so that I can outsource and hire more people. I had a question actually. I recently ran into 2 business owners who scheduled a call with me but just didn't show up. What do you think I should do to make sure that people show up for meetings with me. I have the time/high energy/focus and motivation but I don't know what to invest in, Dropshipping, Print on Demand or to actually start an SMMA, I have a budget of approximately $900 and I'm from Colombia, I opened a Dropshipping store past year but that didn't go as planned because I was a total newbie and didn't had a way to open a Shopify Payments account and accept payments with Stripe, only with paypal but now I have that option and more knowledge/experience.
