Mere looks and constructing is not enough.. seen each and every government entity after the completion. And its condition is horrible
after few months the building will be like a dumping site,0 trash management, poor sanitization, 0 concept of maintenance
toilet will be infested and stained with chewed tobacco, smell of phenyl ,water dripping from tap, 0sense of using water..
