Using SQ6. As it’s a basic drum kit I use the Hypabass inserted on kick channel. This also works well on Cajon.
Using a Qu 24 board. Just a simple drum mic set up with a mic on the face of the kick drum and a pair of Rode overheads to pick up the toms/snare/cymbals.

Yes I agree there is not many tutorials like this for the Yamaha TF. I would love to see some from James. He does a great job in teaching and breaking it down. Very practical, information, and explained clearly. Need more like him
