    This is particle analysis on the probability map... the certainty that each particle belongs to the class. Not necessarily the light intensity of that particle if you want the signal intensity?

    Hi! Thank you for the video, it was very helpful!! I was just wondering if you (or anyone else) knew of a way to use this software to produce measurements for the area of each individual cell instead of total area of all cells? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!

      i think you can use the analyse particles tool to count the numbers of cells and divide by the area to get a media value of the cells area

      @@IMuril0 Thanks! I actually figured out that if you click "display results" in the pop-up box where she only clicks "summarize" it will tell you each individual area. Pretty neat! 😊
