I'm going to study abroad in Taiwan (Taichung) next whole year as you I still don't know if I can go tho cuz the visa from Japan to Taiwan for language learners is stopped now 😨 but anyway, there's not so many studying abroad youtuber students right now and I kind of simulate me living in Taichung watching your videos these days so please please keep vloging your life there ❤️🔥❤️🔥

Heyyy same here. I, too, have been planning to go to Taiwan since years and years ago and stay there for a whole year with my brother alone in (there's this) uncle's apartment who used to take care of my mom there. The plan was to go in 2021 (wait for my big brother to graduate high school first) of course no one expected for the situation to get where it is now. My mom tried to get me there last year but it was impossible. We were really bumped, especially me. So I have to be patient for another year at least ಥ‿ಥ seriously it's like a drop kick to my face
Ooooh I used to go to Taipei every summer until Covid hit and i would visit Taichung for about 1 week too, THE FOOD THERE IS SO GOOD AND SO ARE THE MALLS!!! America will never ever beat the malls or food

Isn't taiwan under china?Then why you use different flag and name. It's confusing as in google it shows taiwan is China.
Technically they’re still part of the China but the PRC only controls the Mainland China and Taiwan has its own government and they still has no official news about their independence. It really depends on who are u asking, certain countries still doesn’t recognize Taiwan as an independent country from China but some did already. If u ask taiwanese people, ofcourse they don’t want the mainland china to claim their country. China is such a big of an asshole when it comes to claiming « their » territories like Hong Kong as well and the disputed islands in the West Philippine Sea.
China wants to forcefully reunite them against their will if their psychological warfare does not move them to reunite in peace.
They have their own government
