If we run the motor with DOL how relay setting to be done. Bcoz during starting of DOL motor , motor current reaches to 6-7 times of full load current. If it goes 6-7 times then relay will be acted and motor gets trip r8. What to do to overcome this problem

Sir starting current ki bare me mujhe bohut problem ho rahe,iske bareme kuch biliya,3 phose or single phase doni ki bare me,line current, voltage and phose current, voltage. Dono ki bare me
Sir you say that in dol starter the relay setting is 80% of Full load current and in star delta starter the relay setting is set 58% basis of Full load current but in steady state of connection in both of starter the connection is in same condition that is delta so how one motor draw 58% current of Full load current and other 80% of Full load current
Because in star delta starter, two contactors will remain in line during normal running condition i.e delta Contactor and main contactor. In DOL we have only one contactor
Sir Delta contactor ke configuration k hisab se relay setting karenge to agar koie motor manlijia k full load current k 90 %current draw krrahihe as normaly, to 58%ka relay ka +/-20% tolerance current, to sir motor ko to kabhibhi 90% of FLC me chalne hi nahi dega.
