Nigeria needs Dangote's refinery to save Africa from Western influences. The US regime doesn't want peace in Africa including Emmanuel Macron.

A very interesting conversation with a very smart and intelligent lawyer, however, he seem to be practicing in the US or elsewhere other than Nigeria. If not how can he not know that the state governors are enjoying the situation and must resist any idea of a template that would guide such FDI agreement.
He practices here, that's my principal and he speaks facts and law always.
He is right on the distinction. The most recent case on this is Bainbridge vs. Argentina. You can win on procedure, but you can't attach properties solely used for sovereign or government purposes. I think the presidential jets fall under these categories. With respect to the two jets, it is plausible that they may be commercial transactions.
Landmark beach where govt breaks contract like other Nigerian companies are the ones who suffers. Foreigners can seek foreign mediation.
