what is the position of RCM as regards letting out of commercial property ?
Sir good evening.sir aap bahut badhiya sikhate hai.sir aap ki voice clear nhi aati hai.pls.
Sir you are great. You explain everything so easily. I have uploaded 3 rcm invoice in May 24 but not claimed as it was not showing in 2B. Now in the month of June 2B all the rcm invoices are uploaded by transporter as he is in composition scheme. Now in 3b.1 (d) RCM amount is shown from Apr 24 to June 24. But I have already uploaded for Apr & May. Now if I m writing only June invoice amt. It is showing negative. Mismatch with autopop.
What to do? Should I keep as autopop as I haven't claimed in May?
I have to add amount from urd transporter also. So again message in red box comes. Please help Sir.

Who should pay tax in case the gta service provider has not opted for fcm and he has to supply services to an unregistered person. In this case who is liable to pay tax to government
if recipient of services provided by gta is unregistered then rcm liability not arise.
