I am a fan of both the UK and the US versions of Ghosts. Imagine my delight when the venerable Judge Hodgman popped up as a Puritan judge on the new season of CBS's Ghosts. I love to think of the producers saying to themselves, "Well, there's only 1 choice for this role!" Perfect casting.
The drawing of Lakeshore Drive is by Wesley Willis. He has sadly passed away, but his work now is worth money. It is definitely something to look into and keep.
I have been searching for a good velvet Elvis pic. In the Elvis world it is a collectors item and the Elvis world is huge. I’d buy this painting in a minute. The rendition of Elvis is very good. Some are very bad. Fix the frame - do NOT replace the frame. It is part of the value. In decent condition ( not perfect) velvet Elvis is worth about $300. I’ve seen them as high as $500.00.
Rec for Ryan in case he reads the YT comments: Try Allen Carr's book Stop Smoking Now (or similar, I think it and variations have been published under different titles). It looks like self-help BS and I don't think it's absolutely perfect or believe/agree with every single thing in it, BUT: after reading it almost a year ago, I quit smoking after 20 years and after trying and failing to quit multiple times and I was ASTONISHED at how easy it was. I experienced some cravings for a while after, but less and less frequently and they were super easy to ignore, especially compared to previous times I tried to quit where I just felt miserable until I gave in and started again. I don't know if it works for everyone the way Carr likes to say in the book, but it definitely worked for me and I'd recommend anyone trying to quit to give it a read and see.
