No one’s talking about the real underlying reason for the closure?? “Safety” and labor issues probably have kernels of truth, but are mostly red-herrings
The real reason is that the location of this hotel will go from “prime” to …”trashy/basura”… in just a short time . Being businesspeople, the owners know it’s better to get AHEAD of a problem, in spite of the overall circumstances being gloomy.
(You all know what I’m talking about…. RIGHT??
it’s the horrific destruction of our delicate & precious Manila Bay via all of those PRC-owned construction companies, dredging up the bay and turning it into a massive parking lot.
Hopefully you’ve all gone over there to witness it. It’s right in front of you. These new concrete islands will then be built into an exclave city, Targeted at PRC nationals so that they can have their own more dedicated & impregnable “offshore fortresses” to continue more of their cartel/mafia/POGO abuses in our country.
As horrific as this is , our business oligarchs and politicians have chosen to allow this to happen….I guess money talks, FAR louder than love of country...😢 )

Good riddance. One of the worst hotel I've stayed at. The breakfast is overrated, tasted average. Oh yeah, the price of 14k/night? Makes me puke. Manila Hotel, on the other hand, is so much better in terms of overall experience and breakfast. Okada is the best

Easy reset sa buong staff😂 Bye bye benifits bye bye pension hire naman kau ulit balik sa simula. Style ng mga bpo at agencies tuwing 6 months na employee tatanggalin nila or d renew ung contract para hindi maging permanent.. Ung view pa ginawang rason lol... Bakit dati naman manila bay na puno ng basura nakikita ng mga guest nila d naman ang sarado lol... Dami na cgurong mag reretire tapos ayaw nila supportahan ung pension. Greedy...
