Regarding the part about Hong Kong people and how they are loud. This is of course a stereotype and I don't condone stereotypes. At this particular restaurant there was a group of men who were very loud in a small enclosed space. In general we found Hong Kong people to energetic and rambunctious. Their energy really makes Hong Kong feel unique and special. I hope you understand this part of the video is a joke.
