    Wow. Japanese Costcos are very underrated in America.

    It's so different to see the inside of this Costco because no loud noise. So used to the ones here where people talking and sounds of music or pa system. This reminds me of a library.

      Hello! :)
      Thanks for commenting!
      now reading your comment I agree with you! 🤣 as I live here I am used to it and I didn’t noticed… but I confess that it's great to go shopping in a peaceful environment like that 😌
      Many people who visit Japan comment that the silence here is very surprising.. and in fact in most places it is very silent even at busier times! 😆🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻✨

      @@japanbytiemii it was different I would not mind the quiet although I would still acknowledge the fellow shoppers with greeting of something but would respect the. Conduct of being quiet .

    Thank you for sharing your Costco! As an American, it’s amazing to see how our stores differ. Unfortunately, we could not leave our paid carts unattended while we go to the cafeteria as items would quickly be taken 😢, a very sad situation here. I am in awe of eastern cultures and their respect for their neighbors! Many blessings

      Hi Elizabeth! 😄👋🏻
      Thanks for your comment!
      I hope someday to be able to visit US’ Costco! There must be a huge variety of different products! 🤩
      Japan is generally very safe and this often surprises me positively! 🎌 Unfortunately, there are few places in the world where we can act carefree like here! ☹️ I hope that this situation can change in the future and that we can all live more freely wherever we are! 🙏🏻✨

    2:17 The Biore UV sunscreen is what I order from Japan all the way here to Phoenix, Arizona. Sure wish I could get it at Costco like that! Thanks for sharing, it's fun to see what is the same & different from my local Costco 😁 Greetings from the US! EDIT: Your Costco has amazing food samples! Good for more energy to keep shopping 😆

      hello! It's been a while since I went shopping at Costco... I didn't notice if they sold these products because I didn't know them... about American potato chips, they sell Lay’s! (I saw it in the online store: www.costco.co.jp) 🙂

    Eu tava preocupada de caber tudo na cestinha da bike! 😂
    Achei bem legal o vídeo. Mais uma vez tem bastante silêncio, ninguém anunciando promoção no auto falante, como aqui no BR😅 Também achei legal ter as provinhas de comida😋
    Bulgogi é um corte específico? Tipo acem, coxão mole…? Eu comi na liberdade uma vez, era bem gostoso!😋

    • @japanbytiemii
      @japanbytiemii  ปีที่แล้ว +4

      É um ponto importante de atenção mesmo… sempre estar atenta ao espaço disponível no transporte! O bom é que acabo focando somente no que realmente é necessário em cada compra! 🚲✨😂 minha bicicleta tem uma cesta grande na parte de trás além da cestinha da frente! 🙌🏻🛒😆 mas como estavamos em dois, foi tranquilo para acomodar as compras :)
      O silêncio é realmente algo diferente por aqui, né? Mas acho que já me acostumei que acabo nem percebendo mais… 😂 só me dei conta após os comentários de vocês aqui!
      As amostrinhas de comida são os pontos de destaque na ida ao Costco! 😂💓😋
      Bulgogi na verdade é o nome de um prato coreano, é feito geralmente com carne fininha e marinada :) realmente é muito gostoso! Não me lembro de ter experimentado quando fui a Coréia mas acho que aqui no Japão às vezes os pratos acabam sendo mais adocicados, talvez pra agradar o paladar japonês…🤔 os Bulgogis no Brasil são bem gostosos mesmo! ♥️😋

    • @japanbytiemii
      @japanbytiemii  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      hi! 👋🏻😊 I guess there’s no specific reason… I wonder if I was filming it right before they restock the products? 🤔
      personally I didn’t noticed it before your comment.. maybe because everytime I went there I saw Costco’s staffs restocking the shelves… I don’t think the quantity matters as the products are always being fresh restocked :)

    Why fruits are expensive in Japan ? You can grown fruits there ? I see very big and sweet Japanese persimmon .visited japan two times ❤the country

    • @japanbytiemii
      @japanbytiemii  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      hi! I’m not sure about the reason but I noticed that the majority of fruits sold on markets are imported fruits… maybe the land prices are expensive here? 🤔💭
      as I live in the urban area it's not common to see plantations, maybe it's more common in more rural areas, but I don't know much about it…
      🧡 that’s true… the fruits sold here are huge and generally very tasty! 🤩 the price can be high but they are usually excellent quality products! 😋👍🏻
