OMG same??? like i havent finished this drama yet but ive seen school 2017 where he and sejeong were the main role and they were so cute that i skipped some parts just to see them :( kim jung hyun is indeed one of the best actors ive ever known. i’ve never watched any of jung hyun’s movies before this...but when i was watching school theres this feeling that made me feel like i wanna keep watching all the movies that he acted in..so im binge watching every kim jung hyun movie 🥺
*I felt so bad for these two. I still feel bad for them now. But I think that's partly what made this drama so beautiful. We get 2 endings- a happy one for Captain Ri and Seri, and a sad one for Seo Dan and Gu Seung Jun which are both as realistic as it can get since destiny can hurt us as much as it can bless in real life. You never know what you're gonna get until it's the end.* 😢

It just occured to me that he is one of those actors who always has great chemistry with his leading lady(because he is such a great actor),and the reason he is particularly good in Mr.Queen is that Shin Hye Sun has that same quality as an actress...

Dan was in painful one-sided love for 10 years, and when she could let go of her first painful love finally to someone who loved her better she Lost him as well. Not exaggerating but this was the best couple so far in all the dramas I have seen.

I don't know if it's just me, but I think his death was the most un-cliché his ending would be. What would be cliché would be if he lived and went abroad and somehow later on live together with seo dan, because let's be realistic. He's a wanted person. A con man. He stole billions from a conglomerate. One way or another, he would still be chased or be in trouble, and if they end up together, wouldn't it be cliché if they run away every now and then, or be like a hideaway couple? Also, I loved how Seo Dan ended up to be at the end. Just like how she was portrayed at her first appearance in the series, she ended to be a strong, confident and independent woman that she is, and it only shows that she can be strong without a man in her life. The ending was very sad and I cried a frickin lot but I think it was the best, most un-cliché and most realistic the movie could end.
So many unrealistic things happened in CLOY, why not give them decent ending? I hate the part where the fortune teller says she'll die alone. The "strong independent" thing is cool but in 10, 20, 30 years? That would be lonely as hell. Idk....I think it was unnecessary and CRUEL. They could've at least kept it open ended.

I'm really not into or a fan KDrama aside from DOTS, Hotel Del Luna and CLOY. But these two and their chemistry really got into my heart like if they will be given a chance to have another drama and they will be having the lead role, i will be the first one who will be really really happy and support it all the way 😭💜

Actually, he has another successful drama Welcome to Waikiki, it even had season 2, just shows he really is a good actor. The shooting of Time maybe really is just during a bad time in his life. Or maybe he should just stick with rom-com or comedy?
