Never ventured so deep into a meditation till date, found courage to see my own darkness, a proof that I am indeed light. . I felt not my physical body but a big heavy ball of darkness, so heavy, I couldn't bear it, tears came running, and still I let it be, I tried to imagine it's energy pattern, but I guess feeling it was enough. I did wrong, I’m sorry. Oh lord, this worked wonders! I've been studying David's method for a while but never managed to really sit down with certain feelings so far, it was too intense. But oh my god- just burnt up 7 lives of bad karma right here!:))) I can't thank you enough!
every time I do this meditation this intense uncontrollable anger shows up. It is so difficult to resolve. It's like I wanna hurt myself or scream. I get a little scared of myself, especially because I never feel anger normally when I get upset - only unworthiness and sadness. It's an interesting feeling I haven't been able to feel for a long time.
It sounds like anger is a feeling you deny yourself. The unworthiness and sadness sits on top, masking it. I would recommend the blessing of the energy centers meditation by Dr. Joe Dispenza, where you bless yourself w/ love and wholeness. it might cause tears when you get to the heart center, as you have some deep healing to do.

I've noticed that I'm actually afraid of the suppressed feelings because they tend to come up like a volcano in the most undesired moments. And that makes me resist and want them to go away, making it ever worse
I've been going through a break up recently and I lost myself completely in this relationship I have so much suppressed feelings and I started shaking completely and cried a little it is if I feel empty after each session is this normal?😢😢😢
Yes it’s normal, I’ve been there too my friend. Trust the process. If you need help or it becomes too much, reach out to someone you love. You got this.
Very strange things heppen during meditation I tried kept my focus on social anxiety after some time these feeling shifted to very awfull emotions like dead think those emotions remember my father.No hee still alive,but not best dad in entire universe.Almost cry
Perhaps your feelings of anxiety are linked to your father? Either way please keep practicing if you find it valuable but be gentle with yourself. Take things slow. Or if you need to continue this practice with a professional on site as well- please do so. All the love.
This is great, but i have a question. What if no physical feeling comes up with the belief we are struggling with? What do we let go of then? The thought itself? It's so difficult because it just keeps coming back
Hi friend! If you don’t feel a feeling arise, a few subtle things may be occurring. 1. A feeling of apathy is arising; meaning you have resigned or given up to the negative belief. Or 2. A feeling of neutrality has arisen. Meaning that the belief is there but it does not have the same power over you it once had. Or 3 You are having resistance to the belief & are unable to connect with the feeling which is arising. Either way trust the letting go process, focus on the emotional body. Alternatively you can try to journal about this, however note that journaling is a different process to letting go & exists on a separate plane, but it can be very helpful. I would suggest also trying ‘Letting Go of Low Self Worth’ as in that meditation I have you focus on the worst case scenario. This helps bring greater emotional intensity to the feeling & can help you let go of it Hope this helps. You are loved. Blessings

Desire in and of itself is not a bad thing Evan. However, inauthentic desire or desire rooted in lack is not preferable. Picture never receiving your desire, and let go of all of the feelings which arise associated with that picture. I’ll make a guided meditation to assist this soon.
Great advice! I think it’s extremely difficult for people to face the fact that may never receive their desire, which is exactly why it’s perfect for letting technique. Thank you :)
This was a beautiful meditation. Thank you so much. I do have one question, however. It seems that I never truly “let go” of a feeling.. I never get that lightness or the “high” that David R Hawkins talks about. It just subsides into a subtle, a very very subtle sadness that I can’t really feel. It just subsides but I never feel like I’ve really let the feeling go. Is this normal? Should I keep doing the practice? Thank you so much.

@@nicoross1133 you may feel a high but sometimes you just feel a transition into a higher conscience feeling. You are doing the technique correctly and you have made so much progress. Keep going. Set the intention and affirm that you will learn how to feel that subtle feeling, believe you can and hold it in mind. You will learn how to let that feeling go as well.
This would be perfect if I couldn't hear him swallow every 5 seconds. I am feeling resistance to that big time. Otherwise this is the best letting go meditation.
That was interesting, if somewhat uneven. Does someone else hold the royalties to that music you used? Entirely setting aside your obvious piggybacking on the work of Dr. David R. Hawkins, the fact is that "Guided Meditation" is just sales talk, a New Age marketing term for light "Hypnosis." Perhaps you should successfully complete some recognized professional training and get a Professional Hypnotist License before you try to monetize Hypnosis recordings. I wish you integrity.
