You should also check out Never Say Goodbye and You Give Love (A Bad Name) from the same album (Slippery When Wet) it was their breakthrough third album. Then to bring you up to date... Born To Be My Baby, Bad Medicine, These Days, Its My Life, Have A Nice Day, Joey, Misunderstood, Because We Can, This House is Not For Sale and from their new album 2020 I’d recommend Do What You Can, Limitless and Unbroken..... that’s a quick update over their 34 year career so far ......
Did you know BonJovi campaigned for Joe Biden
@@fernandoloya6325 it was Jon that campaigned for Joe Biden, not the band. He’s been an open supporter of the Democratic Party for over 25 years and has never made it a secret.
@Ding dong Johnson as another Christian, don't hold everyone to your standards and we won't hold you to ours.
You should also watch this video from Bon Jovi. It's call "Always"....Its an amazing ballad.

When kids realize their parents were way cooler than they will ever be.
FACTS MIC DROP ALL DAT SHIT
At least cooler than the kids thought they were. :-D
Amen!
You discovered one of the great "hair bands" of the 80's. Takes me back to my teen years. Good times.
Same here so freakin bad ass!!!
This shit is badass
Yes they are and like my favorite band Def leppard and Bad English poison Cinderella motley crue and many others
Then you must be around my age, when the 80's was energy overload!
And so on and so on to many to count what an era of incredible bands
Wanted, Dead or Alive
Blaze of Glory
Bad Medicine
I'll Be There For You
You Give Love A Bad Name
All Bon Jovi bangers
Shit yeah all great.
Bed of Roses, too..... please
We did that one
@Rob Franklin ... Something tells me they only read the first line of your comment, lol.
I'll be there for you was our class song. Class of 89
I was your guys age when this came out and that's 33 yrs ago....they are one of the biggest groups of all time..
Wanted dead or alive
Born to be my baby
Lay your hands on me
Always
I'll be there for you
All great songs and you should binge watched them they'll help with your subs
When music was GOOD music!
What a banger. Unbelievable how old that song is.
Yeah! And that makes me think it's unbelieveable how old I am for remembering it when it was new! Shiiiit.... :D
Unbelievable that there are folks old enough to comment but young enough to think of this song as "old", LOL!
@@Rebel9668 Touche! You've cheered me up, haha! I'm only 46 :P
@@Rebel9668 This album was released the day I graduated from M-1 tank school. So yes, I'm old.
@@andrewschliewe6392 I remember this song coming out sometime in 1987...at least that's when I first remember hearing it. At that time I had been out of high school for about a year (Had wanted to become a gunner on an Iowa class battleship and tried to join the Navy in 1986 but was denied for bad eyesight, filed for a medical waiver, also denied) I'm now 52, not old. To me, old is stuff like The Andrews Sisters, Bing Crosby, etc, lol.
Not gonna lie here. Being a 50 year old and growing up with bands like this; I was smiling with your smiles the whole time. Almost brings tears to my eyes. I love to see young people smiling and enjoying something as powerful as music. We need more of that in the world - love and smiles! Nice reaction!
This song is so good musically that you forget that it is actually very deep. Hardship and dedication to family.
Aaah ... I was lucky enough to have been at high school when this came out in '86. School discos ... a great era for music too!
I was in 9th Grade...
Yes!!! My first concert!!!! Soooo awesome!!!
Philadelphia Spectrum, with Love and Rockets opening up. Great concert.
Im old enough to say the first time i seen them in concert was on the Slippery tour, totally blown away. It is now sad to see what they have become.
Yessssss!
Saw them in '89 with their Slippery When Wet tour. They had an empty stage with some scaffolding. When they played I'll Be There For You, the scaffolding came down and created a ramp and walkway. John walked up the ramp and out on the walkway. He gave the balcony seats a front row seat to that song. It was awesome.
This is back when music was more fun! (I was in high school when this was released) Then the 90's happened, all the rockers were depressed and the hip-hoppers were pissed off. *sigh* Music has never really recovered.
I really miss the 80's
being a kid , saturday morning cartoons , after school cartoons , Mtv
Hulkamania, Masters of the Universe, Back to the Future.....80's baby for life
Especially, The Real Ghostbusters. One of the best-produced cartoons of all time.
The morning cartoons are what made kids not even want to sleep in, because if you didn't see it at the time it came on, you missed it.
I was raising kids in the 80s. :)
I had been in the army less than 3 months when this album dropped.
I was around 17 (I'm a young 52 now btw😉) when I spent 6 weeks in Oahu, Hawaii visiting family and 1 of my cousins had tickets to see them in Honolulu!! Bon Jovi was my first concert ever 👍👍👍
if you like them you need to watch Def Leppard. "Pour Some Sugar On Me" They have a one armed drummer. Lost his arm in an accident and they kept him.
It's funny because the video for that song clearly shows that he only has one arm, but most reactors don't notice it.
It's like some psychological thing, where the brain simply can't see it because it's not expecting it.
In 1988, I saw them 3 times over a 6 month period on 2 different continents.
What I love about Bon Jovi videos is they use concert footage. I remember those concerts and even now people can watch them, enjoy the music and get the same feel for the band like so many of us that were there. They were just as good if not better live as they were on the radio.
Life was sooooo good back then and that uplifting sound you hear is what this era was about... people were genuinely happier then, no tech in our pockets, not cell phones...great times
This kids just discover how good was the 80s past song, one of the best golden music era. I miss the 80s.
I believe that Bon Jovi is the band that metal heads, Punks, Rockers, hip hop heads, love song lovers, boy bands lovers, R & B lovers and many genre loving fans or it doesn't who they are listens to.
one of the most popular songs of all time, all over the world.
This is one of the best party anthems of all time. Met Jon Bon Jovi several times at notre dame football games when his son played football there. Very nice down to earth guy. Couldn't tell he was one of the biggest rock stars of all time.
The whole album, Slippery When Wet was the number one Hard Rock album of 1987. Its been said that Jon Bon Jovi didn't like this song and didn't want it on the album but went with it and the rest is history!
I've seen many many reactions to this song and EVERYONE ends up jamming out. I love it ❤️❤️
It's so fun watching the younger generations discover the music I grew up on! Bon Jovi was my first rock concert❤
This is why so many of us were depressed after the 80s....it was the genuinely fun decade...life was goooood and this song captures that.
I was in highschool when this came out. Soundtrack for the summer and every dance after the football game. Still great all these years later.
Bon jovi living on the player my favorite song
This is still a ballad 25 years later. Kick ass song!!
Slippery When Wet....HUGE album and skyrocketed them into stardom. Ahhhh, high school memories💕
This was song was absolutely massive at the time, pretty much peak 80's hair rock excess. I was a pretty young kid at the time but I remember this song being absolutely everywhere.
The 70s and 80s was a revolution of music. Those artists back then they knew how to make the crowds go with them they had the crowds in the palm of their hands. the music today is lacking in that.
Anything, by Bon Jovi, is damn near awesome, all around. This is 1 of the heavy hitter's, from the 80's & 90's. Pretty much anything they put out, turned to gold, if not platinum, in less than a week...
Can see how much you enjoyed this song by your big smiles. Great reaction to one of my favorite bands. Grew up in the 80s and the long hair and mullet.
You guys are on a 1986 kick today! This album was out at the same time as Run DMC’s album with Walk This Way.
iamangee Yep, those two were all over MTV back at this time.
This is when the songs were personal and they came from things that were going on in their lives which is what you get when the artist writes their own songs which is what a lot of the music now days is missing
I was at the February 7, 1987 show in Houston, at the Summit...Cinderella opened for them..it was my first concert and I still will never forget that night. It was absolutely incredible ❤️
Been there, was there, lived it , loved it , thanks for this, 80's music was amazing 🤩
bon jovi were massive after this album came out...mainly because of their looks their sound and their videos.....the album had 4 major singles and all the videos were similar to this ....he had an incredible voice
80's hair bands! They were entertainers as well...Not just bands...total package entertainers who included you in the experience!
It was the 80s, everyone had "Big" hair. And basically, they are practicing to go out on tour.
I have always loved this one ❤
Real music is supposed to give your soul emotions. You felt that on a cellular level.
Thank you for keeping our music alive.
I so enjoy you two enjoying one of my all-time favorites... I know how it felt up on a stage back in the 80's and this song never fails to give me chills and a little tear in my eye at the same time... thank so much for that.... bless you both, yep and Amen.
I love the happiness on your faces when you view great videos. You make me smile. Keep up the great job you're doing.
Was in high school when this came out and seen them in concert in Seattle tour there front band was Cinderella 1987 life was so good cant get any better then the 80s. I had my kids in the 80s n 90s they love the 80s n 70s.
Their still amazing in concert definitely older but they lost nothing in their performance ❤️
One of the best concerts I have ever gone to! Cinderella opened for them at the time!
Just to put things in perspective for the two of you. When this song first dropped Bon Jovi was as LIT culturally speaking as Travis Scott is today. facts
Check out Wanted Dead or Alive , Keep The Faith , but especially Blood on Blood from them. The guitarist, Richie Sambora, has an incredible voice. He helps on the high end notes. He has some solo work to check out. Jon, the singer, has solo also. He did an album for Young Guns 2 movie. Check Blaze of Glory.
Seen them twice back in the day and it was always fantastic. They put on a fun show and he could work the crowd. Like a big party. I loved him and of course the great hair. Great reaction guys.
I was ten years old when this song and video came out and my bset friend and I thought that jump to color was just the best thing ever!
I grew up with those days I saw him in concert several times in 1980s watching you guys watch this is amazing
Living on prayer🙏🙌 was a very big hit in the 80s peps🥂
Great song great sound😁
They are one of the best bands ever. They are still making new albums. Their latest is. Bon Jovi 2020 just released in October. The 80s was the best when it comes to music.
Thank you so much Elijah like 17 18 years old I'm 47 years old this is what I used to listen to Back in the eighties when I was 17 18 years old watching the guys reacted is it's awesome
Must see..." wanted dead or alive" ..one of their best!
This is from their best selling album Slippery When Wet, 1986.
It's My Life is the sequel...14 years later!
Seen Bon Jovi in concert when I was younger and they were flying over the audience like that. I thought that was just the coolest thing I ever seen, lol. They are awesome live though. Thanks for another great reaction to another great song!! You're Both Awesome!!🙂
I absolutely LOVE Bon Jovi. And this song is awesome
That is something I never saw happen, a reaction cut by an ad, don't fell bad, I loved it, along with the reaction itself
Saw them in concert back in 1986, they opened for RATT
I saw them open for RATT. Probably same tour.
Bon Jovi 7800 Degrees Fahrenheit
RATT Out of the Cellar
Saw them in Odessa, Texas
Me too! In Richmond, VA. I was blown away with how good a very young Bon Jovi was. Totally stripped down stage, but they rocked their asses off.
Ratt who's Ratt?
.
I saw Bon Jovi on the Slippery When Wet tour when I visited the USA in 87..saw them in Washington
Guys, definitely this video/song is awesome, but your reaction is priceless. I've been enjoying this song from long ago, but watching it through you reaction brought something new to it. Thanks!
Fun to see young ppl lissn to the clasics ^^ keep up your good work my dudes and be safe out there :)
I love the head banging action! 80's rock bands were the best! that was me at your age 😆
Gotta do WANTED: DEAD OR ALIVE next. Iconic

My boy from Australia Joe Var Veri does an amazing acoustic guitar cover of this song and other Bon Jovi songs and Elvis too...his a big fan of both...I met Joe in Brooklyn

This made me smile, thank you both :) x
John bon movie a legend and a fabulous human being away from the stage just love him and the band
You two are so funny, I am glad u all liked all these great songs from my younger years! Music makes us feel good, u aren't closed minded that's for sure it's great!!! God bless u kiddos!!!
I love watchingbyoung folks jambto our jams
Great first reaction. This band never made a bad song! Much more to react to.
On a TV show called The Goldberg’s they called this song the anthem of the 80’s. I didn’t appreciate Bon Jovi then. Wasn’t into mainstream music. Now that I’m older I can see the greatness. Again I’m gonna throw it out there. Huey Lewis & The News. Happy to be Stuck with you. Again great job guys. I love seeing the younger generation enjoying what we grew up on and loved!!!
Bon Jovi ROCKS!!! Listen to everything you can find!!! You'll thank me for it!!!🎶🎼🎵 Their concerts were spectacular!!!
Oh you two gotta do ‘you give love a bad name
Me and my brother don't have much in common when it comes to music but we both paid a top "dollar" (euro) to see Bon Jovi live. He twisted his ankle during the show but we didn't notice!
And we literally ran to our seats during "It's my life" song. :D
Great reaction guys. You 2 seem really fun and I love how you guys get into music that i grew up with.
bonjovi bed or roses,or runaway
The older you get, the more you will appreciate rock and roll.
LOVE YALLS REACTION!!! ❤ GREAT BAND!!
I love you guys! So positive and happy it's contagious! Thank you ❤
Wonderful reaction. Love you guys!☝️☝️
Runaway, Bed of Roses, Always
Seen them in concert, They were great. Should react to the band Cinderella, Nobodys fool. , or The band Poison. Next song should be
You give love a bad name.( Bon Jovi).🎤❣
It's good to see you guys enjoying the music that i listened to when I was a teenager. Keep up making great videos.
That leather jacket with the fringe? Yes. Mine is white. And I still have it! And my torn stone-washed jeans.🤘🤘
Anything by Bon Jovi. Can’t go wrong
I saw them in 1986. Cinderella opened for them. Check them out too. Then I took my daughter to see them 9 years ago when she was 9. Gotta start them young. 😃
80s hair bands are legendary for amazing ballads
One of my favorite Bon Jovi song is Wanted dead or alive
Everyone does that head bop to this song. It's like it's in human DNA. Good reaction.
keep rockin'
Seen Bon Jovi multiple times!!
Jon is a serious philanthropist, believes in paying it forward, runs soup kitchens in Jersey...the guy just dropped another album.
Try Wanted Dead or Alive.
Also if you like this group, try Def Leppard you won't be disappointed!!
Pour Some Sugar on Me, Rocket, Love Bites, Animal, Hysteria, any really.
Great reaction, love your energy!!
'you give love a bad name' and 'bad medicine' are some bon jovi bangers
Oh how I love me a man with huge hair and ridiculously tight pants! The 80's were THE best decade for music! Bon Jovi have been my favorite band since my little 5 year old self heard this song back in 86
My favorite song I've been to 5 of their concerts
Jon bon jovi married his highschool sweetheart and their still together
Does he have privilege because of black ppl being tortured? Yes
You guys are adorable and I love your reactions!
I have a line from this song tattooed on my arm "You live for the fight when it's all that you've got"
Music made for MTV
