hi, I appeared for the entrance exam again this year :) SPT is a different thing, that allows you to change your campus midway

Hey :), spt that has been mentioned in the video is a way to change your campus midway but I haven't changed my campus through that. I appeared for the entrance exam again.

honestly, if you are not enjoying it in the 1st year...you probably won't like it later either so yes, dropping out would not be a bad option but do it considering all options

hey, you can do it through SPT - student permanent transfer...you can only apply for that after the first semester...I have changed my centre by appearing for the exam again because i did it after the second semester
Hi! Will an iPad do the job for first year students or is a laptop mandatory ?
You’ll have to make presentations and not all softwares are convenient to use through an IPad …just get to college first and talk to your professors before buying anything …your requirements depend on your course too

when our documents are physically verified.....before entering into Nift....???
They mentioned that orientation day is on 3rd August so on that day only we have to reach Nift center with our parents......????

hi, I appeared for the exam again but one can also change through SPT- student permanent transfer for which you can apply after the first semester only, this way you won't have to repeat a year

Yes, if you appear for the exam again then you have to repeat a year …but you can change your campus after first semester if your GPA is 9 and above through SPT (we’ve mentioned this in our first Q/A video) then you don’t have to repeat a year…you’ll be able to change your centre in the second year

Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Gandhinagar ...i might miss a few but a centre in a proper city is good...the ones in remote areas have their restrictions

Hi, NIFT is a design college…if you want to pursue art …college of art in Delhi would be better or any other art college , NIFT/NID are for design

after the first semester, you can apply for the SPT- student permanent transfer ;) you can read about it on the NIFT websiteor ask your professors...but make sure you apply before the second semester
