    My dear…everything is super expensive in Nigeria now. I haven’t sent stuff via cargo before because I think it’s super expensive, plus all the restrictions. I just make sure that whenever my husband travels, his personal stuff fit into the hand luggage and use his baggage allowance to ship my food. I usually pay for one or two extra luggage to accommodate more item. Also, I would make my friend - who helps me buy the stuffs and pack the bags - take off the packaging from things like attachment; just to reduce the weight.

      Great tips … it’s really expensive and yes, you’re right especially removing the packs that’s a way to reduce the total KG ! I’ve noted that one down 😄

      @coachbetsy  ปีที่แล้ว

      It was a regular bus company that sent the stuff to the cargo in Lagos. Shully Foods

    I shipped food from Nigeria to the UK and all the stuffs were only 8kg and I paid N139,000. It was DHL I used and they even refused to accept my dried kpomo. Please what shipping company do you use?

    • @coachbetsy
      @coachbetsy  2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Yeah I think dried meats or fish generally now are banned for most airlines except you see a defiant cargo company. I used Royal Freight though..
