Hello lady. Loved the video. I have a plug for you on chicken. You should try Elgin Free Range Chickens. They sell frozen chicken because they supply Woolworths their fresh free range chicken. They have lots of deals... like 3 for 2 specials and they have a big variety to choose from like wings, thighs and drumsticks and of course your normal braai packs. I see they have an outlet in Montague Gardens.

The packs from PicknPay are cheaper but I have to clean the chicken up a lot. Next time I pass through Montague Gardens I will check it out.

So picture most of the things you see at Woolworths you will find there in frozen form. Kebabs, wings, espetadas etc. So they have a three for two promotion on at the moment ...buy 3 packets get the cheapest one free. Thanks again for your awesome videos. Just love it.
You are Lucky because we are struggling with food and money now so yeah and you guys live in cape town but all the groceries here in South Africa is expensive 😢

* Sis, you won't go wrong with that Sanex roll-on 😍 I've been using it since highschool when I was an athlete and it never disappoints and it smells so lekker!! fresh & clean always 😃😃
* Btw, I keep forgetting to ask lol but those frozen smoothie packs, how many servings can you get from that? I've never used a prepackaged(?) frozen pack so wanna know if it's worth it 🙈😅
* Oh and another thing, if you've got the time and wanna save a quick buck lol, take pictures of all the prices of the things you buy, when you get to the till and its different, show the cashier the price/s and usually if they call their supervisor/manager, you'll get the price that's in your picture that they themselves put on the products/shelves lol 😅 (most of the time this works, but not always tho!)

Oh yeah for two people you can get two to three servings, coz I use 1 cup of frozen fruit for two smoothies. So if it’s 1 person it can be 4-6 servings in a pack.
I then add milk, yoghurt, protein powder,etc to the smoothie.
The servings depend on how you are using the frozen fruit and the quantity. I hope that makes sense🤔
Try one for yourself and see if it’s worth it or not. You never know🤷🏽♀️😋
