Imagine a Persona game set in all 3 places from P3 4 and 5, as a canon crossover of the 3 teams. As the teams grow and become adults, and some of the younger social link members (like Nanako for example) get into high school, a distortion occurs as the 3 teams meet in their respective areas. Gates of the Velvet Room appear inside of S.E.E.S. HQ, Junes, and Leblanc. The Velvet Room becomes more of a physical manifestation, allowing travel between Iwatodai, Inaba, and Tokyo, alongside the fact that all members of each group can enter alongside the wild card user, but don't have access to the mechanics of the Velvet Room like said wild card users. This is where you choose the names of each respective MC and the team you want to go with first. As your journey continues, you find that certain past Social Link members overcome their own trials and obtain a Persona of their own. Then around the mid to end point of the first trimester, you meet the other teams, engage in battles with each other (all of them having their basic Persona and skills unless you have a save file with that team). From there after you beat the other teams, you gain the ability to switch between each MC(Each Arcana would be tied together, so if you rank up the Magician Arcana, not only would say Yosuke get ranked up, but so would Morgana and Junpei, going with the assumption that whatever one character does, the same happens with the others. However, leveling and skills are not affected like this. Levels will keep a certain pace with those respective characters, but the only fully shared thing for the teammates would be Social Link status. The MC's however would keep exact pace. Joker is level 50 with say a Shiki-ouji? Makoto and Yu would have that exact same level and Shiki-ouji. The only technical differences with the wild card users would be their starting Personas and their Personas would be respective if you did a say "Izanagi only" run. So really it'd be an "Orpheus, Izanagi, and Arsene" only run). I'll leave the rest to the next commenter.

When the p4 crew confronts him he basically said he was bored so he did a bit of killing. I mean, it depends if you follow P4 method of awakening or P5 method but it's true for both P4 method would have her fighting against her shadow but I can't think of any existing reason why she'd reject her own self, of course, we only know Nanako when she's 6-7 years old, not when she's in mid-high school setting so plenty could have happened. P5 method would have awaken the soul of rebellion, even I can't think of something in that light But her Persona, well, she might get Amaterasu (No not Yukiko's one but the Digital Devil Saga one)
here's hoping they bring in stuff from persona 2 where characters from the past games return as either playable characters or essential to the story. also the PQ3 would be interesting as hell.
