Stars really struggling with the leggies this match. Strikers had 3 of them on if I'm counting correctly, 2 Bowled full amount of overs and pope did 2. That's 10 overs of Spin. Strikers did well bringing more on after they found Stars' stumps flying
pope did 4, boyce did 4 and matt short bowled 3 overs of offspin they just couldnt find the boundary or any runs at all really thornton had 13 dots in.4 overs
Crazy, you usually don't see bloody 11 overs of spin in bbl matches. Would've even been fine if they didn't lose their wickets to them. But yeah 100, stars need to up their game, or throw both them and hurricanes out!
I think many overseas players make more in the South African and Dubai t20. I also believe that the SA teams are linked to IPL teams. Maybe they are contracted. But yes we miss the Pakistani and Afghanistan players this year.

Stars really need to go back to basics with the batting. Got Maxwell trying to reverse sweep everything, half of them charging and missing and getting edges all over the place. You'd rather lose by 50 playing good-looking cricket than by 18 with those ugly and lucky edges going for 4.
