We built our house on the “east side” and have been here for a year and a half. As with any neighborhood we have our complaints, but the biggest consensus among residents is that all our parks have been shut down because they’re falling apart. They’re just sitting there and rotting with seemingly no movement on rebuilding. Our HOA fees are essentially keeping the cafe in the clubhouse open. The cafe is great, but nothing is free to residents. We are literally paying to keep it open lol.
