I’m still waiting on my Halloween order so no Christmas with Kringle is certainly not on my mind. It’s been over 3 weeks I wish they would consider hiring seasonal help
Love the intro...I am usually ahead in seasons but for some reason this launch took me by surprise..I won't be ordering until down the road since I am still waiting for reserve candles to ship...I do love all the options from Kringle but I can't keep up this pace so I will be thinking over my plan for next year to space out my orders.
I am really liking the lineup of Christmas scents this year. I'm not sure I will be ordering this week. Between the rapid fire launches, the decision to not honor coupons, and being extremely backed up on shipping...I think its best for me to wait until a sale to shop.
Crazy that this is happening to people, I've heard so many stories lately.. I received my Halloween orders right away. I ordered launch day and again a couple weeks later and got both orders within a week. I did have some issues with the jars breaking when I took the lids off, but Kringle offered to make it right. Also, I have been able to use coupons. What did they tell you about the coupons?
After both halloween launches, Kringle started running sales. Mid way through those sales Kringle was disabling the coupons. So you would see all these people in the fb group posting their orders with the 25% coupon applied, while then 3 days later coupons wouldn't work. Some customers got 25% off their orders while others customers could not. On launch day of the autumn Reserves, customers went to place their orders and coupons would not work at all. Without warning Kringle put restrictions on the coupons, including Reserves, Halloween, Fantasy, Limited Editions, or any other "specialty" collection. Newer coupons that have been issued now state those restrictions. But the older coupons have no restrictions, no expiration dates, and no clause in small print stating "subject to change" or "Kringle reserves the right to make changes without notice" People feel that the older coupons should be honored since there are no restrictions stated on them.
This collection as a whole sounds better to me than the fall releases this year. I love spice fragrances, so I’m glad there’s so many this time. Winter Iris sounds pretty with the sugared violet. It would make more sense to me to try daylights and wax melts first or at least wait for a sale before buying 13 full price candles more than 3 months before Christmas, but that’s just me being logical.🎄
Idk why they’re pushing out so many candles so fast…especially Christmas! We’re not even in October yet. I ordered a few candles from their 30% off sale 2 weeks ago and they still haven’t shipped out. I went looking around Reddit and TH-cam and apparently a lot of people are still waiting for their candles even though they ordered them weeks ago. I guess they are just super backed up right now. They should spread their releases out. I’m not buying anything Christmas related until November. It’s way to early for that lol
I’m definitely tapped out from the last 3 releases so will definitely wait on these. You have my attention with Fireside Chai. I think that will be my choice. I definitely am shocked they are pushing releases in wake of being so behind on shipping orders. (I don’t mind waiting on shipping personally as I have PLENTY of candles lol.) But most people are not that patient. And they are sounding off. I feel bad for them. But? Their choice.
What?! 🙆 At first I thought this was just a preview, not an actual launch ..(and tomorrow yet?!) I love Kringle, but to launch Christmas product in September is a bit much (esp. when still recovering from Halloween release! 😒). BUT - as always, thank you Brett, for previewing this collection for us. Appreciate you! 🫶
Same. I haven’t purchased since the May and didn’t purchase any Halloween candles which is big for me. The only way I will purchase anymore from them is when they are at least half off or more or if Jelly Donut restocks. I’m done playing games with rewards and coupons and not being able to use this with that during this sale, etc.
@@JB-ge7vc What has been your experience with coupons? I had multiple coupons because they gave me one to make up for an issue I had. I was told I could stack them but it wasn't working on the site. I emailed them and they said that was a technical error that they had to reset. They told me they fixed the issue and when I tried again I was able to use 3 discount codes at the same time.
Kringle's shipping has fallen into the cracks. An August 30th order has still not been received. The competitor order was placed and received within 7-days. WAKE UP KRINGLE. Holiday candles can't be ordered with confidence for a timely delivery. Seems like a good collection.
Thank you for the first impression of this launch. I am excited to place my order, still waiting on my Reserve launch, but I figure by the time these arrive at my door, I will be ready to burn them lol. Have my eye on the Christmas in Manhattan, CranApple Toddy, and the Latte one!
There are a few winter scents that I’m interested in, as there were with the fall scents, but I’m not buying anything else from Kringle unless they bring daylights back. I’m not holding my breath for winter daylights since they never brought them out for fall at all. The fact that you used to be able to sample the whole line each season was why Kringle was my favorite company and I would drop plenty of $$ on multiples of my favorite scents. I’ve had more misses than hits when I’ve bought reserve, Halloween & specialty candles from them that couldn’t be sampled ahead of time so I’m not buying anything from the regular seasonal lines until they bring daylights back. Takes all the fun out of exploring new and unusual scents and I have plenty of candles from other companies in the safe tried & true standards. Such a bummer.
Can you advise which one is the most clove forward? I am a clove lover, though I know its not your thing! I'm a little disappointed to hear Winter Spice is also citrus forward...I feel like they have had a few opportunities to do a pomander type fragrance (Vintage pomander, the fall pomander one) that was more clove forward but all seem citrus heavy.

Excellent observations and approach to Kringle.

Great first impressions! I’m grabbing a few today! Several can be enjoyed during fall. I’m looking forward to Fireside Chai!!
Great review, Brett! Thank you! I’m much more excited about this launch than fall. 😊

Why rushing out Xmas when Halloween hasn’t even shipped yet.
It's ridiculous.
@@WixandstixIt's because they had more inventory this time. Why do you say it's a terrible company?

I won't be ordering kringle for a while. It's horrible they won't honor coupons and i am still waiting for my order. 3 weeks now
Yes, am also having a problem with Kringle and coupons.

Kringle will put on an Abercrombie and Fitch scent for Halloween 2025.

Just saw this video! We will watch a little later this morning.
Juniper and Laurel be available this year?
Juniper & Laurel is the best.

do you ever support local, or review other candle makers that aren't large brands?
Still waiting for the fall reserve candles so I won’t be buying this time.
I don’t want them to push it back lol 😂
