I think the song first wasn't meant to be hard, fast rap style (Normally Milli can easilly rap that fast and coorperate her fast rap skill in some of her songs, but Thais don't prefer fast rapping as much as normal-pace and easy to understand rapping) So the song first was meant for Thai fans only, it's understandable that you may doubt that how they will collabroate with Changbin's rapping style in the end.
Coming for Changbin, then fall in love with Milli and Give big respect to F.Hero. No one expected this collaboration and no one expected it to be this amazing. Changbin rap verse here is one of my favorite Changbin rap.

Changbin is talking about the survival show when you first start in Korea to become a kpop idol Let me explain- when you become a kpop idol they don’t just except you you have to go through a survival show is what they call it which is a process to see if you are really right for the group, if they don’t think your right for the group they will boot you out of the trainee group and JYP is very hard to get into he needs to see that you have 100% good talent and you are not lacking any talent or you are just talentless. If you are lacking any talent in the trainee group you get booted and if you just don’t have any talent you get booted. Now to the point some people who got booted beg to come back but they can’t until the next audition and what he means by “I won’t let anyone survive” is basically JYP saying if you have no talent or you are talentless you are not making it no matter what also you need to fit at least 3 things in the kpop beauty standards to get in the group

For Milli (her stage name ; her real nickname is Minnie that why her 1st verse rap has the word 'Minnie') I knew her few years ago when she worked with someone I appreciate their work for a long time. She's talented one with her rapping and singing skill (and her attitude about politics also). For Nino he's one of the young talented producer. I knew him for a long time (more than ten years). For our Binnie he always do his best and prove that he's the fastest rapper of 4th gen. TMI : the guy with F.hero is Milli's boss he the one who make rap and hiphop more famous in Thailand.
