Very nice, beautiful scenery and machine. Picked up my 2022 GTR230 a few weeks back, already have 20+ hours on it, haha She’s a beast, the power is addictive!
Hey Chris how much time do you get out on the water out of a tank of fuel ? Are you dry after 2 hours ? Based on cruising and the usual hooning’ about ?
That is an interesting question. I really don't have a good answer at this point in time. My gut tells me that 2 hours will leave a few gallons in the tank but I'm anxious to complete some tests once I get on the water again 👍
@@Chris-tuber thanks chris …. I am just trying to work out the best ski for me and the GTR is top of the list for me , a lot of my buds go out for like 4/5 hour trips and i wanted to avoid having to turn back and not hanging with em. I am guessing with the extra fuel caddy i will be ok.
@@stuarts3016 I wonder if they are carrying extra fuel for those long trips? I think I'm going to try a Super Rack with LINQ for SeaDoo. I'm planning a trip to Florida in March.
@@stuarts3016 I bet you will be fine if you drive like they do and carry a similar load. There is a big difference between Sport and Eco modes on these Sea-Doo's. Even on the 170 it's easy to visualize that pinning the throttle is sucking up the gas. The 170 produces good power too😀👍 That said, if you carry the extra fuel on long trips it will ease your mind and probably allow you to have more fun👍
