Fair comment. Djed has been treated so poorly by both Ange and was treated even worse by Conte - a for quality player, he has shown strength of character to put up with this.
All the injuries are concerning. Good to see Djed get some game time. This won't be popular to say here, but give Ange 3 years and see where we're at then. It takes time to build a squad.
@@bb5979 Not only that bb. 4 goals in the first 25 mins. Some fans don't acknowledge these things and just say well it's Southampton and they have only had 1 win. They lost to Villa 1-0, Lost to Chelsea 1-5 (10 men after being 3-0 down) I'll give you that one, Lost to Liverpool 3-2, Arsenal at home conceded against them as well (Losing 3-1).

Please don't question one of the greatest manager Ange Postecouglou regarding his decision on Spence. His tactic is simply the best ever seen in football . No manager can match him. Next Ange will destroy Man U and Liverpool.
Like winning but it keeps Ange around at Tottenham. We still have work to do. I think Spence looked good I think there should be an opportunity to develop him as Eva as a right back or make him a right winger. However we play him I think his attacking ability gives us some think we should make the most of going forward.
Despite the scoreline it was still not a convincing performance, Southampton are dreadful, when I saw Johnson coming on I turned the TV off.... need I say any more.
To paraphrase an all time great former manager "Lads...its only southampton". To put things into perspective non league Tamworth will give us a harder game next month than that atrocious Southampton team did yesterday. So wouldnt read too much into yesterday's result - it doesn't mean we've suddenly become a great team (or that our concerns about this team or this ownership have suddenly gone away).
Great result because you were never sure.. the only thing that annoyed me was the second half when the commentators said spurs managering the game.. why do that when we could have scored 8. Try manage when your 2 nil up. I know it's picky, but just pissed me off a little..
It was a very good win, so we're the others this season, but..... am I wrong in saying all our victories this season have come against teams out of form? I don't think we have beaten a team that was in current form, have we?
Can only beat what’s in front of you. Maddison found his level, do that Thursday & this Sunday then let’s talk. We were losing with Romero & vdv so not overly bothered. It’s a confidence boost just when we need it after utds dramatic win. I was hoping it would be the end of ange if im honest but he lives….for now. Hope we smack utd cos they’re crap too. COYS
What is causing these injuries? Is it anything to do with the training regime?? Or is is overpriced overpaid players swinging the lead and why is Solanke at Tottenham?
