I seriously did not notice it until she said it. I thought her shoulders were a complicated design of her dress... Even if I did notice it, that would not phase me. I had a classmate and friend that had two fingers in one hand. He was born like that. I swear he had a presentation at school and the teacher said, now XYZ is going to tell us about his handicap. For the life of me I could not figure out what handicap... I was like, OMG did something happen to him... Until he started talking and it was about his hand. I really was so used to seeing his hand like that that I forgot it wasn't normal...
