Wow just brought back fantastic memories, I ran my 68 two door for twenty years and often fancy owning another. When you drive a morris minor it makes you a better driver as you have to anticipate all conditions and act accordingly not molly coddled as you are with modern vehicles. Great stuff. I bought my Moggy last summer. She had been standing for 5 years since her last MOT, but had actually been off the road since 2004. The brakes were too far gone to drive her home though. The brake light switch is pressure operated (it is behind the radiator grill on the driver's side). If the brake lights fail to operate then you know you have a leaking cylinder. Master cylinder is under the driver's carpet. 8 screws retain a cover plate. Remove it so see if the master cylinder has been leaking into the chassis leg. Good luck.

car seems to drive great why dont they make a simple car now i am sure its what a lot of drivers would like no computers allowed wind down windows

my parents bought a 1951 (?) Minor in 1962 voor 200 Dutch guilders, now about 99 Euros.... it was a nice little car
