Wonderful vid , I did note you ear tag your Cattle , and quite the mix of types of cattle .The Egg dish if you had not mixed the Eggs up would have been much like Morrocan Shakshuka, which is great . The other thing I love is , the colorful clothing , My Father was a world traveler and middle eastern expert, but not up near the shores of the Caspian , I did also notice the "Bangles " very lovely .I also note the use of plastic for shelter, effective and quick , shows , the thought and use of materials at hand. This is so delicious dish, we call it Kharez or khareena here in Pakistan, made with eggs, in turkey, they makes the same dish but without scrambling the eggs, they break the eggs while cooking the tomato and onions and covers it to cook in it's steam and they call it Shakshuka.
So tasty.
