I can see, that You still can't land big motorcycle jumps. Try holding the brake while landing. You can also tilt the bike a little backwards when You are going really fast, so that the rear wheel touch the ground first. There was an older TGG's film with 107 facts about GTAO or so, and one of the facts was, that u can land the bike from any height holding the brake, unless they fixed this. Cheers mate :)
