The car was in its blind spot, so it couldn't see it and tried to change lane

That ^ and when it hit the wall the load on the trailer slipped forward and crushed the cabin. Reason #1 never to break-check a truck. Terrible accident.

well the truck jumped the median wall and it smashed into the light pole which caused it to stop causing a pile up
