Applying oil doesn’t reduce dandruff, it’s just a myth, applying oil will provide temporary relief from dandruff but it’ll definitely increase later. Dandruff is a liphophilic (lipid loving) so applying oil is like providing supplements to the dandruff to grow more. So I recommend you guys not to overuse it and instead use it once a week just for an hour or 2hrs and then wash it properly .

Almond oil you can use on hair but since it’s too thick and expensive so I will suggest don’t use it on hair , rather use it on face - 2-3 drops of oil on face will Moisture your skin in winters
