- Been a while since we last played any arma session...
and after such long depressing few weeks life had for me, this was a breath of... brief fun...
I gotta say, National Day for our country was made better with this mission...
Mission Description:
An unknown force has landed on the islands of Pulau near Sabah, Malaysia. They have seized several towns and have setup strongholds. Fortunately, the 8th Royal Ranger Regiment and 11th Royal Armored Corps have intercepted the assailants before they could take any further land south.
The same cannot be said for the second island however. Over 60% of the island remains in the occupants hands. This cannot stand. As such, we will be deploying the 11th Gerak Khas Regiment and combat elements from the 5th Division to counter the enemy force and secure ground from the enemy. The 11th Gerak Khas Regiment will be in charge of cutting off enemy reinforcements while the 5th Division will secure the rest of the island.
We will also be deploying the 8th and 11th Squadron from the 1st Division RMAF to ensure success of the operation to rout the occupants. Intelligence indicates that the enemy is lightly armed and the civilian population has evacuated to safe zones. This one will be one for the books. Stay safe out there, and good hunting.
