First Lady Scott this video captures Bishop Scotts consecration and installation to Bishop of the Eastern Tennessee Second Jurisdiction in 1996 at the 89th Holy Convocation. These were both outstanding pioneers of the faith and giants in their community in which they served and amongst their family who loved them dearly.
