Bihar se sare UPSC wale aate hain, BPSC mei bhi aate hain so called Change laane...fir bhi aaya kyu nahi aajtak change.... Kyuki UPSC BPSC rattu tote ke liye hai, maggu bano aur clear Karo...Bihar top par hota Aaj agar sare UPSC/BPSC wale 1% bhi karte kuch apne state k lie, Kerala mei bohot log pvt job, bahr UAE etc jate hain, jyda UPSC Kerala PSC k chakkr m nhi pdte tab bhi wo jyada developed hai.
UPSC BPSC krke we just run around politicians....

Just to be in safer side as UPSC want alteast one degree so, many student prefer Enginnering which provide them High Paying Job and then they started preparing for UPSC Along with there Job for their Financial support. As we all are from middle class earing money is important for us and selection in UPSC is quite tough that's why including my brother Who is an IAS officer did engineering From IIT KANPUR and then Along with JOB he started appearing for UPSC. Doing Bsc or BA doesn't provide that high paying is the reason many student who want to be an IAS officer choose ENGINEERING
