Combat Abilities: 1- Water Jet Cannon. - Pump Man uses dual pipebombs and hits it to the ground, splashing enemies in contact. Dealing 250 + Hero level Multiplier as Damage. (Although Pump Man has a grumpy face, This is the thing that makes him enjoy.) 2- Hydro Pump. - Pump Man spurts a heavy water laser to his chest that deals 120 Damage per second. lasts 7.5 seconds. Channeling skill. (Pump Man's Infinite Water Supply technique not only can support life, but to Devastate in a manner way.) 3- Stunning Axe. Pump Man gets a Heavy tool on the top of his head and hitting enemies with such devastating force and Knockback radius. deals 350 + STR as Damage. Knockback Radius is 550 Range. when it hits to the wall, it stuns the targeted hero by 2.5 seconds and deals additional 250 Damage. Can also hit creeps or any obstacle and if the Enemy Hero has been hit, deals 350 DMG instead. (Is that an Axe? is that a Metal Pump? then why is it shaped like an Axe but it is a Metal Pump? Only Pump Man knows.) Ult- Water Shield. Pump Man casts a bubble-like shield orbs that surrounds him and grants 250 Armor. when released, it can launch an expanding circle of orbs that deals 250 Damage per Orb. deals 2x Damage for creeps. (In the times of Need, Thomas Light reprogrammed Pump Man for self-protection properties.)
its kinda redundant that Pump Man has a spout on both his arm and his chest when the water shield only comes out of the one in his chest though now that i think about it, since he's only a pump and the stage is flooded with water the one on his arm might be an intake

Actually, Pump Man's primary function is to create a clean water supply, so those kids are fine.
