Wow! This is so cool. Thanks for sharing. You long road trip sounds so much fun! I love how you were showing us your spread while sharing photos/videos.
Amazing! I am going to incorporate some of your spreads and finally work on my travel journal from my trip to Europe in 2018. It’s time! Thank you for the inspiration!
This is so cool to see! I'm going on a big trip in a few months myself and am trying to figure out travel journaling for the first time; how did you carry your essentials other than the journal itself? I know you were driving the trip and I'll be flying, but would love any tips! Also, did you dedicate some time at the end of each day to journal or did you generally hold off a while and then do a few at once?
Excellent questions!! I took a very small pencil case with me, I chose a colour code and took only colours that fit into the colour code (I took about 11 pens total, 7 brush pens, 3 gel pens and 1 pencil), I took 6 washi tapes but I wrapped them around a small piece of cardboard, I think if you pause somewhere in the video you can see the way I took them! I took a small glue stick and then some scrap booking paper in a small envelope that I fit into my envelope. For the brochures I kept them in a tote bag that I carried around. I usually journaled every 3-4 days, and always set aside some time to do so, usually in the morning when I had the sun!
@@VerobujoAh, thanks for this! I can't wait to start on mine, too. I really love the way you did the fold outs with maps so I'll definitely be using that for inspiration! 😁

Love it!! Always good to bring out the previous travel papers and turn them into a travel journal 🥳
What an adventure, and a wonderful record of it! I’d love to do a road trip like this 😍 not sure I could handle that many nights in a tent though!
Haha I totally get it! It’s not for everyone, and I was definitely feeling it at the end hahah
A very small journalsize but you captured it all, very nice! What a beautiful trip! And How did you learn the nice handwriting? Love it!
Beautiful travel journal 😍
