The activities of this hazing sound less like a frat, and more like a sick cult. These activities are deliberate enough that allowing the anonymity of the culprit equals endangering other people in society. Evidence of this repeated apathy and sadism could indicate sociopathic traits. As we have seen with cases of Junko Furuta, some of the culprits continue committing crimes. However, in this case, these culprits are of high socio-economic status and are likely to end up in a high power position. I hope someone with enough hacking skills leaks their identity online.
