- Here's the BEST BBQ in Las Vegas. Get ready for ribs, brisket, pulled pork, hot links, and much more!
We've been waiting for spring, after such a long winter, to get our hands on some BBQ. Obviously most places you can get it year round, but it's not the same until you can setup a picnic table and eat outside. Las Vegas may not be the south, but we are full of people from all over the country so they have all brought their own BBQ style. Make sure you are not on a diet if you watch this video because you are going to want to break that diet. Majority of these locations are local, but one location is located on Las Vegas Blvd next to a famous pawn shop. I'll be showing you meat platters that include tri trip, wagyu tri tip, pulled pork, hot links, jalapeno hot links, beef ribs, burnt ends, chicken, and a favorite bloody mary Make sure you watch the whole thing, but these are the locations, Rick's Rollin Smoke BBQ and Tavern, Big B's Texas BBQ, Jessie Rae's BBQ, and John Mull's Meats & Road Kill Grill. Hello Norma. I just discovered your channel a couple of days ago. When in Vegas we generally like to find good "locals" places. Started a few years ago by visiting places featured on Diners Drive-Ins & Dives. I will be there in November and will definitely try some of the breakfast places and at least one BBQ place and Mexican restaurant based on your posts. Keep up the great work! I like that you include the "bloopers".. shows you have a sense of humor and can laugh at yourself. 🙃 Sign of a humble individual.!!

Ellis island has a good barbecue place very reasonable priced..
John Mull's Meat BBQ is definitely off the strip, but the wait is worth it for their meats, rolls, baked beans, and macaroni cheese.
So worth it!

Without any question or competition. You can't even compare Joh Mull's BBQ/Road Kill. That place is, without question, the best authentic BBQ.

Goodness, i need a nap after watching this. That's the one thing we've never bothered to get while in Vegas, authentic bbq. We've had Gilleys and Lucilles there, but they don't count. Another great video Norma.
We have Lucille's too but that's why i didn't add them since they are in other cities
