X I just found this video…In a word Awesome! Not only did I get a lesson in some cool fab, I got a lesson in life and it resonated with me especially the part about your dads tools. My pop was the exact same way! He knew where every tool was because it had a place in the garage on the peg board! Yeah I would get yelled at, deservingly so because I didn’t put back one of many tools! 😂 What I would give back today to hear him yell at me just one more time! 🥲 I recently picked up a used Berg Jeep xxl bfr 3 speed (non electric…and yes I agree with you about e bikes!)It was a bit of a project but I got it up and running. Currently doing some custom mods to make it even more rad! Thanks for listening and keep on truckin! 🙌✌️
Thanks for the kind words brother. Your dads voice will always be with you. Especially when you need it most. Those are lessons we get to pass on. Thank you for enjoying my work. I’ll be posting more soon.
Hi I have one of these pedal go karts but recently the bearings in the crank shaft have been ruined and was wondering how I could either replace them or where I could get a a shaft like the one you used as a replacement in this video?
Not sure where you’re located but your local hardware store should have the replacement bearing as well as the shaft. If not you may have to fabricate something.
Hey man really nice work, I have a question tho I’m making something similar to this for a college project and I was wondering how the chain system works, how is that rear gear on the axel? And if you could tell me the specifics of the gears and chain so I can get a hand of em it’d be much appreciated.
The front chain ring is an old 42T from the parts bin. The rear freewheel was an old 16T superwin threaded onto pipe that was welded onto the center of the rear axle.
Hello from Kissimmee Florida I have one as well but I need to a big restoration how much would you charge to make mine like that? Please help me out with this I want to use this to ride on downtown Orlando
An electric mid drive motor would be great on that

I've taken the shaft apart already and don't know how to replace them
Or where to get the bearings to replace them
Not sure where you’re located but your local hardware store should have the replacement bearing as well as the shaft. If not you may have to fabricate something.
Thank you
