Iv never been an envious or jealous person in my life but sometimes you have to slip into the mind of someone that doesn't have to go through suffering or dealing with the pain of having mental health. Im truly grateful with where I am with my mental health with the help of my physician, phycologist and psychiatrist to my support person which they have all played a significant part of my healing in my recovery. Healing started with self care and accepting that i may have needed help to be more open with my thoughts and emotions. Putting in the time for myself when I need the space for me so I can show up to be the best version of a husband and father. Wanted to acknowledge how blessed iam to have found a genuinely supportive team to have guided me through my toughest times to me being better and a new version of ME equipped with more tools under my belt to better manage my bipolar.
