Agar aap upsc clear karke select hote nain to apko sabse pahle sdm ki post di jayegi. Aur agar aap state pcs ka exame dekar select hote hain to agar apki rank kafi achchi hai to hi apko sdm ki post ji jayegi. Matlab agar aap state pcs clear karke achchi se achci rank late hain to sdm ki post di jayegi.aur upsc clear karke aate hain to sabse pahle sdm ki post di jati hai uske bad adm aur phir uske bad dm me pramote honge.

No SDM does not suspend .Only DM suspend In third grade Officer.2nd grade like DSP and Tehslidar they are suspended by Department or Zone commissioner (IAS) as same Zone commissioner police (IG)

Generally SDM ko hi SDO ki post de di jati hai ....or SDM dono ki jimmedari ak sath nibhate hain......
Lekin yadi kisi aur adhikari ko SDO ki power or jimmedari di gai hai to ......dono apne pure upjila ko smhalte hai.....
