"OUTBREAK" || SCP OPERATION: CAMP GRANADA || EAS

This video is based on Operation: Camp Granada scp-wiki.wikidot.com/hellomuddah made by DrClef and FoggyGolem. Operation: Camp Granada itself is apart of a broader tale, called the "Resurrection Tale" - a collaborative tale of many authors, founded/started by DrClef.
Essentially, the tale is about how MTF Alpha-9 is created, a resurrection of the former MTF Omega-7. You should read it yourself scp-wiki.wikidot.com/resurrec...
The After-Action Report I put on the end of the video, the addendum and the investigation report, are both made up by me. They are not apart of the tale, just some additions I made to help connect that tale with this EAS - of course in the original article, there is no such mention of a message or emergency alert issued by the CDC nor the Foundation about it - "Agents from MTF-B7 arrived under the guise of agents from the Centers for Disease Control" - taken directly from the article. This mentioning of them disguising themselves as CDC personnel/agents gave me this idea.
Anyway, as always, all of the mentions of the SCP Foundation, their logo, names/characters, groups/factions, locations or any other mentions of elements of the SCP Foundation universe, are all originated from the SCP wiki scp-wiki.wikidot.com/ and are released under the Creative Commons Sharealike 3.0 (CC-BY-SA). The scp foundation would not expose themselves they would possibly say federal authority to keep them secret from the public.

That's the whole idea of the CDC disguise but I assume you were misguided by the action report I put at the end? Well, that action report is not apart of the emergency alert, more like an addition so people watching (like you) would know what happen after. I know that breaks the immersion.
