This scammer should pay immediately or short time,, you are still being scammed if you agree with terms of scammer ,, this matter should have terms and conditions according to Mr Stanley or which is favorable for Mr. Stanley. Why not put the property to Stanley's name as a collateral? The house was his money used by a criminal scammer. There must be some exceptions to the rules.
Let Stanley sell or auction the house since he can't own a property in the PHILIPPINES.

He is a foreigner, he can't owned the property. Also, he needs cash in US. He doesn't live in the Phil so what's the use of that unfinished house in the province.
