Best tutorial ( exactly what I was looking for. I am making a headband and the shape of these ears is on point! You did an amazing job with this pattern 🤍🤍
OMG!! This is the best thing I have seen for bunny ears! I was trying to use bulky yarn for another project by working a magic ring and working in the round. Frogged it 10 times!! I used this pattern with bulky white on the outside and double strand of pink # 4 on the inside. Came out great! This pattern can be adapted so easily to make longer or even use as one layer. Thanks for such a great pattern and for such a well explained video!!
I'm so happy it worked out great for you, and yes -- it can be adapted to make longer ears or single layer. It's my preferred way to crochet bunny ears now!
thank you so much! our explainations are ver clear and easy to follow. I'm definetely coming back for some more tutorials! I really aprreciate the time and work you put into your videos ^^
how did you crochet the white outerline? i'm a beginner! i single crouched it and it's going side ways like that videos they show in making am extra row.
For the white "outerline", you'd ch 1 and sc around the pink and white pieces. I only did one row of sc and did not stitch up the very bototm of the ear. Hope this helps!
Hi there! I was going to order some Paintbox Cotton Aron yarn like the pattern says, is that what you used in this video? I love the look of it. Also, should I just get 1 skein of each color? I wanted to make sure I had enough. Thanks!
Hi! Yes, one skein of each. Here is the info from my Materials List: "Medium weight 4 yarn: I used Paintbox Cotton Aran (50g) in Champagne White, Pistachio Green, and Slate Green. I used 3 yards of Blush Pink."
@@SweetSofties Thank you! I'm about to place an order. I have never used Paintbox before, it looks wonderful. I have a little time before this project needs to be done too, I'm making it for my son for Easter. He will love her
Hey there, me again! I am working on the hood. I've never done dc in the round but I feel like I had the hang of it until round 5. It says to chain 3, then dc 44, leaving the last 3, and then says (45 sts). If I only do 44 dc that means 4 are left, since the previous round was 48 sts. Is that a typo and I'm over thinking it or did I do something wrong? Thanks for your help!
@@SweetSofties No worries! I actually realized I was putting the first stitch in the wrong place so I had to undo it and try again. I did 45 stitches and got it finished. The only thing that gave me issues was the edging, I was having a hard time seeing my stitches but I figured it out! The hood turned out so cute.

Yay, glad it worked out for your needs!! What a cute headband that would make!

thank you so much
Absolutely!
Is she crocheting under both loops of the chain or only the front loop? I can’t tell
For the chain, I'm only crocheting in the front loop. Hope this helps!
How do I increase the size, what if i wanna make it large bunny ears?
I don't have instructions for increasing the bunny ears for this pattern, sorry! But you can make it larger by using thicker yarn and a larger hook.

Oops, I'm so sorry! It should be: dc 45. (NOT dc 44). My apologies! Thanks for catching that!! Please dc 45 and leave the last 3 sts unworked! :)
