The guy has suffered for very long. May God come through for him. But I would advice Kiama wa Maru if he is fully committed to God to to overcome this. Let him go through a period of liquid fast of 21 days and seek the face of God. By the end of this fast his flesh will be subject to the will of God. I wish he can just know the benefits of fasting to seek God. I believe its possible to overcome this demon. Jesus overcame Satan's temptation when he had fasted.
