      No he is not
      He was terrorist
      Because
Yes, Saddam Hussein's regime was responsible for the killing of many Kurds, particularly during the Anfal campaign in the late 1980s. This campaign included mass executions, chemical attacks, and forced displacements, resulting in the deaths of tens of thousands of Kurdish people. One of the most notorious events was the Halabja chemical attack in 1988, where thousands of Kurdish civilians were killed by chemical weapons.
      ### Anfal Campaign
      - **Period:** 1986-1989
      - **Casualties:** Estimates of the death toll range from 50,000 to 182,000 Kurdish civilians and fighters.
      ### Halabja Chemical Attack
      - **Date:** March 16, 1988
      - **Location:** Halabja, a Kurdish town in northern Iraq.
      - **Casualties:** Approximately 5,000 people were killed instantly, and thousands more suffered from long-term health issues and birth defects due to exposure.

Saddam Hussien is a hero of the Iraqi people. Today everyone including people who once hated him and opposed him even in western countries also feel lost after he was killed. May God forgive and have mercy on him. While Raouf Abdul Rahman, the judge who sentenced Saddam Hussien and his family to death, is a puppet of Bush and Blair. No one cares or sad that she is gone. The execution of Saddam Hussein was not directly related to avenging the 9/11 attacks. The U.S. invasion of Iraq in 2003, which ultimately led to Saddam Hussein's capture and execution in 2006, was justified by the U.S. government on several grounds, but not primarily as a response to 9/11.
The main reasons given for the invasion included the belief that Iraq possessed weapons of mass destruction (WMDs), which later turned out to be incorrect, and the desire to remove Saddam Hussein's regime, which was seen as oppressive and a threat to regional stability. Although the U.S. government also suggested connections between Saddam Hussein and terrorist groups, including al-Qaeda, these claims were widely discredited.
Saddam Hussein's execution was more about holding him accountable for crimes against humanity committed during his rule, particularly the mass killings of Kurds, Shiites, and others in Iraq. The 9/11 attacks were carried out by al-Qaeda, a terrorist group led by Osama bin Laden, who was based in Afghanistan, not Iraq. The war in Iraq and the execution of #SaddamHussein were part of a broader U.S. strategy in the Middle East but were not directly linked to avenging 9/11.

very well said. he himself said in the court "If it weren't for the Americans, neither you nor your father would bring me to a place (court) like this. he was surely outnumbered by the international coalition, but the treacherous treatment his people gave him is really what i believe brought him down.

    • @devilwanted7047

@@fillingmyvoid well, it is merely my opinion. saddam had to act like an iron fist. he knew his people better than anybody else. he know about the shia Sunni conflict in Iraq. he knew his people cant decide what is good and bad for them. not to mention, the hunger of power has always been greater in Iraq. what happened? his own people were proved intel for Americans. iraqi people (Iraqi congress) fought alongside US against him. he was aware that his people are gonna miss him, sooner or later. and now? there is no Iraq. there is only American war bases and Iranian shiite militia (more like shiite terr0ri$!s).

    • @fillingmyvoid
      @fillingmyvoid 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

@@devilwanted7047 exactly, my point. there is a book written by John Nixon named "Debriefing the President." he was an analyst with the CIA and also he was the one who interrogated saddam hussein himself. As per John Nixon's words : saddam told to him "you guys will fail in Iraq." to which John Nixon asks, "why is that saddam? we invaded your country, captured you, you're finished."
Saddam replies back with "you will fail because you don't understand the Arab mind, the Arabic culture & Arabic language." John Nixon was surprised by this answer but he wholeheartedly agreed with him on this point. there is a paragraph in the book where saddam tells to John Nixon,
"Look you don't understand, it is not easy to rule Iraq. there are people conspiring you in every moment, especially the shias!"
Saddam indeed did understand his people, how to rule them and put them in check so no extremist groups comes to rise. there was absolutely 0 corruption, drug cases (because you'd get executed if you get caught for a drug related issue) Iraq's literacy rate was up by 80%
Healthcare was free, education was free & what not. to summarize it, saddam ruled Iraq for more than 24years (more than any other leader in the history of Iraq.) he knew how people very well and no wonder he held it all together for 24 harsh years. now, Iraq is nothing but a mess. Iran's proxy ground for it's militias, US bases in Iraq, separation movements, corruption is at it's peak. Iraq was way better off under saddam and i am sure plenty of Iraqis agree with that.

According to Iraqi law, the president of the republic cannot be held accountable, contrary to the constitution. The judge tells him, you are accused. When you speak to the judge, you are supposed to stand. Saddam tells the judge, don't lie. I asked to speak, but you didn't listen. The judge bangs the hammer. The man stood by his word till his last breath. He didn't save his son and send his family out when the death of the people came, he martyred his two sons, Uday Hussain and Qusai Hussain, while fighting armed battles. The wife, both daughters are still refugees in foreign countries, they lost their family, friends, state, but they did not believe in America. He had to fight and won a great victory. At the time of capture, when he was asked if he is Saddam, his answer is to write in golden letters, "yes i m the president saddaam hussain" In the end, Saddam was proved to be true, even after his death, chemical weapons were not found even after searching the entire Iraq. America made an illegal attack, destroyed a country, brutally murdered the president, killed millions of Iraqis, looted billions of dollars of oil, who will punish America? Courageously faced America's puppet court and sellout judges, during a court appearance, when the judge asked to stand, Saddam instead of standing said, I am not a student in your class, nor are you my principal, but you should remember that I Even today, I am your president, you should stand up to me, the judge was nervous, then Saddam smiled and said, "Don't be afraid, I know you are Bush's puppet, I am not telling you anything, but I am telling them to your masters." Who are watching the proceedings of this court sitting in Washington through video." One of the guards who guarded Saddam during his imprisonment later wrote a book, he said that Saddam was a very disciplined, highly cultured person, he was like a father to us and he treated us like children, cutting off holidays. His family used to ask the well-being of the children from the guard who came, he was never disappointed, sometimes he used to write poetry, there was a table and a chair arranged in his cell, on which the president always sat with pride. He didn't like the broken omelette, character behavior was typical of him. A day before the hanging, he gifted his pen and watch to the writer Gard.
At the time of Fasi, the warrior demanded a long coat so that his body was freezing due to the cold and that his people would not think that their president was shivering due to fear. This is the only gallows in the world in which the hangmen covered their faces and the hanged man was hanging bare-faced.
Warriors of any country, religion, community are respected.
