Duplo DFC 10 Collator

The Duplo DFC 10 Collator is one of the most popular 10 station friction fed collators that can work alone or as part of a booklet making system. The three wheel feed system provides reliable feeding a wide range of material, including certain coated stocks.
Bin capacity of 28mm to hold 260 sheets of 80gsm paper.
Stack capacity of 70mm and automatic stop when capacity is reached - enables unsupervised operation.
Sheet size A5 - SRA3
Production speeds up to 3900 sets per hour
Sensors to detect empty bins, doubles and paper jams
Total counter - Record the number of sets collated or input how many sets you require and the machine will count down.
Offers offset or straight collating according to the job
User friendly control panel offers several programmable settings (Auto bin select, normal mode, interleave mode, block mode, alternate mode.
