Can I ask if the rust is toxic? Do you use anything to rinse out your fabric after? What can you use to set the rust dye in the fabric?

Hi as this is just a sample I made for a sketchbook I lightly rinsed the fabric with water as I was experimenting with rust effects, hope this helps 😊
